This place is ran by a very good and involved GM that shows she actually cares about her store and reputation. She also doesnt talk down to her employees but jumps in to help and treats it as a teaching moment. The other managers under her are also very good. This is a very busy store and yet it's very well up-kept.

Alicia, although a sweet employee with good intentions… was not trained properly or enough to run the register on her own. Had no clue what I was ordering, how to enter order, and messed up on my order… twice. Only fixing one of the issues. More training for the employees is definitely needed.

Once given 5 stars. Lately, there will be 5-6 people working in the kitchen area and no one taking orders or refilling drinks. No one even looks in the direction of the counter so you can get their attention. Not pleasant.
