This review is directed to corporate - and the district manager - I come here often and in fact have seen you at this location. You need to address the salad bar .... the required repairs to the cooling table and the fact you have cut the truck orders on the items typically found on the salad bar... Let me reiterate- staff is great at this location but without corporate support, you will ruin the reputation of this location - and should you like to have discussions in persons, I am here daily . Please address these shortfalls and bring the restaurant back to the high levels it has previously been -

We went for the rib special tonight 02/12/25. The food was delicious especially the baked potato. The ribs were delicious but the baked potato was exceptional. Our server was Wes and he did an excellent job. He was attentive, polite, accommodating and just an all around good server. He was very busy with a big party beside us and he was so patient with all of them. Good employees are in short supply , it seems nowadays so you have a good one in Wes. We had our own bar and restaurant in Pa for almost 30yrs , so we understand the workings of a restaurant. Give your kitchen help a high five also! All around a great dining experience. They were under staffed no servers,bartender was the server and she was busy with her crowd,the bathroom was not clean to say the least,and the salad bar could use some work,the staff was nice when you could find them.

Went on a Tuesday when the special was discounted smash or regular burgers with your choice of French fries or tater tots. I thoroughly enjoyed the American smash burger, it had lots of flavor. The food was hot when served. Give this place a try, you'll be glad you did!

From Ocala, our family was devastated when we lost our Ruby 💔.
Fast forward, many years, on a goose chase for a Marketplace find and low and behold The Villages have a Ruby Tuesday 😲
Yes, this is where we had to eat. So many memories and the absolute best Salad bar of. all. time. My husband did miss this round, but we. will.be back 😉.
It was incredible to enjoy a fabulous meal with the grands and recall special memories related to this establishment. But Ginger, oh Ginger. This woman what an incredible part the the Ruby staff. Full dinner crowd, many tables, not even close together....and she killed it💞 With smiles and just the right amount of interaction to still manage her other guests. When I say this woman didn't miss a beat, I am not exaggerating. We miss our Ocala Jen P. But we now have The Villages Ginger🙌 Thank you Ginger for a phenomenal dinner. Oh, lol, and the food was amazing too💋
I also want to mention what an incredible manager experience as well , issue was unrelated to our table service . But Mike maneuvered through it with flying colors. Thank you Mike🤝
Super glad that even though we will have to drive an hour for our fix, it will be worth it with the amazing staff at this location 💖

We come here fairly regularly. Try to sit in the bar area with bartender/server Krystal. She is our fav server. Very efficient, super friendy, always greets us with a smile. I find this restaurant super comfortable and food is always great. Wonderful salad bar, salmon, and catfish/shrimp meal. Today the new manager Mike stopped by the table to check on us and introduce himself.
Stop in for the fresh & delicious Salad bar loaded with All kinds of goodies a couple times a month for lunch with a friend. We don’t ask for her but We are always Lucky to get the best server (Kailah)! She is very delightful , knowledgeable with the menu, and always remembers us.
If in the area stop in, they have a New manager named Mike and he will be a Great Asset to the company! Always smiling and loves when he comes to the table.

Both jessica and Mike were awesome. They had to deal with a gentleman that had a little too much to drink and they walked him back to where he was staying. They went above and beyond what most would not have done. Nicole had let them know about him and she also waited on us and was very good and made sure we were good with our service and fun Excellent Service by everyone!
