Got a ribeye steak that was inedible. Couldn’t even cut it. Told the waitress it couldn’t be eaten and she just looked at us, took it away and never brought another. Just the bill and no comp. Think carefully before you order.

My husband ordered sweet tea, he received water with lemon. We ordered the special smash burger with fries or tater tots which includes the salad bar. When we went up to the sb it was missing plates, plain lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli salad and a few other things. Where we were sitting it smelled a little bit like cat urine, the carpet was pure grease soaked it was disgusting. Our service was subpar, our waitress was the bartender who forgot my husband’s sweet tea but charged us for it.

First of all, I didn’t even get to eat. When I was seated, I seated in a very dirty booth. And I had to sweep some things out from underneath the booth before I can even sit down. The Waitress seemed to be very much in a hurry and can’t even be bothered with me as if she was already judging me to have not enough Tip to be worth bothering with. So I came in specifically for an impossible burger and salad bar. I ordered and even on the website it said I can get any sides For an up charge. She can’t be bothered to explain it to me why she can’t do it just, It’s a special of the day I said that’s fine. I ordered the salad bar. And because Service was so lacking. I went ahead and grabbed a box for my burger in case I can’t finish my burger. the manager and the lady wait Took the boxes away and said you can’t box a salad ,I didn’t even take a bite yet. I didn’t even get a chance to explain I was not trying to do that. I didn’t even even get a chance to say that my mom is going through cancer treatments and I may not be able to sit through the full meal. In fact, it was to be my first enjoyable meal all day. And I was ready with a good cash tip for my Server. Instead, I got treated like a criminal for taking boxes to the table (which were easy to get to) after cleaning the booth and making sure I had extra napkins and everything else because she cannot bother with me. Both the manager and the waitress ignored me after that. They were like when you were ready for a box, For your burger we will give it to you and I’m like so close to tears. I can’t even deal I had to walk out. And I was so looking forward to my first wonderful meal of deal Now on that note, I hell my cousin run a restaurant and I have never done this to guest. Never assumed never treated any guests like they were a criminal just for taking to go box. They were looking at what I put out on my table for the salad bar, and they assumed that I was taking it right away to box, I had put my sauces in little portion cups so that they would not Run together in one giant heap It’s one thing if the customer is caught in the act of saying taking left over salad from the bar while the menu didn’t say anything about boxing it whatever I have had to leave mid meal in many places before, and no one has every cause such a scene. Here I barely even sat down or had a chance to explain I may need to leave early in case my mom needs me Mind you this restaurant is close to a hospital I never got their names the manager had on a green shirt The waitress has blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail red lipstick older She kept looking at me like she was annoyed I will never ever return ever Terrible jus t unprofessional First time I ever left a restaurant near tears meal untouched
