Hardly any choices, too expensive for what it is, out of stock of multiple menu items, the girl working today had no idea about half the items I asked about. It costed $40 dollars for two adults and two small kids, not even getting a full SMALL cup. That is the most expensive I have paid in a while, and it was not even good.
The owner i’m sure will leave some snarky reply to this. The mad utter down the road is way better and has GREAT customer service.

I don’t care what type of business you are if you don’t provide good customer service or good product.
And really? Trying to surivive in an impossible economy by offering rude service and subpar products in general? Not how it’s done. I have been to almost every ice cream shop around here and none have been as bad as yours.
PS: nobody I know wrote a review on your ice cream shop except me. I’m sorry you can’t handle the truth about your shop and that you’re having multiple bad reviews. Maybe you should listen?

I was so excited about trying this place well today that immediately changed. Stopped by today! I am in my professional work clothes. I asked to use the restroom before I purchase my snack..That was no problem. I come out the restroom to hear the clerk telling another white woman don’t leave yet let me serve her… as if I would harm her or she needed another woman for protection. like I am some criminal what disappointments me the most is that she rather assume every black woman would harm her then create an atmosphere for all customer to feel welcome. Yea bump this place. I spent my money in tossed that junk in the road.

This was the best Oreo blend I've EVER had. I've been around the world and almost gave up trying to find a place that knows how to make a proper oreo blend. Finally it's here. Thanks Addi for the best blend and being so great to my kids. You guys rock!

It's been a few years since I've been here bc I don't live in the area anymore. Idk what's different but all the froyo they have now is watery. I love getting a cup and loading it with toppings, but I wasn't about to waste money on noncreamy froyo. Not to mention, it wouldn't have been enjoyable to eat (and this was a special treat for myself). Yes, some flavors/types do have that watery consistency, but generally choc & vanilla are creamy. Nope, not in this case. Disappointing, to say the least. I opted for a specialty shake and it was tasty. So, they redeemed themselves with that at least. I'd stop in again, but I'd get another shake unless they find a new brand of cream froyo to sell.
