10 Oz sirloin, tasteless and chewy, the waitress was wonderful. I left her a very nice tip. Very nice restaurant, but I need better cooks.There was no flavor to that steak.Whatsoever, I know it was a sirloin, but my goodness I had to dump steak sauce all over just eat it.I only ate half and through the other half away

Awesome.

Had a really great meal here on yestetday (a Tuesday night in July) while staying at hotel up the street. We walked in and found the staff slammed and short staffed in the dining room. I feel they made a mistake leaving people hanging at the front door for a good half hour to 45inutes even though there were open tables this is the reason for the 4 star review. About 6 people left while we were there. We only stayed because we had already been to another restaurant which was slammed and did not want to search for a third. We also stayed because the guy in front of was a local and he wasnt leaving even though the staff was over whelmed. Frankly Iwas wondering, where the Hell was the owner? Since there were open tables, we asked the waitress running by if we could at least sit. We were pointed to a booth on the back side of the bar. We had grabbed our own menus and the waitress handed me a couple of bundles of silverware as we sat down.
I was surprised the waitress came over to us a few minutes later who despite the crowd was pleasant and light hearted. As we had perused the menu we were ready to order. Food came really quickly and the kitchen staff was pitching in delivering dishes to customers. The shimp app we got was perfect. Tails had even been peeled which is nice to see. Salads were light and crisp and thankfully was NOT iceberg! My Hawaiian Ribeye was cooked to perfection as was my baked potato. I got the desert to go. The carrot cake was the best I'd ever had. 6 layers! Light, but with all the flavor of a heavier version. Will definitely be back next time Im in the area.

Great food good atmosphere.

The prime ribs were excellent. I sampled several dishes from this establishment, and all were exceptional.

It was amazing! The food was great and everything was perfect! I had a server named Crystal who was very patient especially with the amount of people we had and food we ordered! 5 stars would recommend!

great place to eat, lots of good food. the servers are awsome

Server was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get our order taken while the server was running around fiddling with receipts. Not on top of drink refills and just acting like a total space cadet.

Food was mid at best. Not worth the price at all. The cook on our steaks was good but the flavor was not there for the price.

The manager looked like she hated her life and just stood by the POS and stared off into space. Didn’t respond when we tried to wave her down. No wonder the restaurant functions the way it does with her managing the place. Would not come back

Hit and miss Togo service

My wife & I recently had dinner at Durango’s Our server April was outstanding, She was engaged & wanted to make sure we were satisfied. My Nashville Chicken sandwich, sweet potato & bacon Mac & cheese were very good. My wife’s turkey dinner was disappointing. Turkey was very dry & salty. Her sides were very good. Our server suggested another dish. The beef dish my wife ordered had parts that were cold. Like most businesses these days, finding quality employees as well as being responsible. That may be a contributor to my wife’s turkey being sub par.

We were passing through on our way home. We ordered the Ribeye and a sirloin 10oz. and both came out tough and chewy with zero flavor. Our waitress was wonderful but the food was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all. Find a better steak house.
