I didn't receive all my food, so needless to say I wasn't a happy camper when I got home! I called them to let them know what happened and I would come back for the rest of my food.The manager's response was very apologetic and offered me another side for the inconvenience.I know everyone can make a mistake, but how you fix it makes a difference!Thank you KFC for showing good customer service!

Me and my girl ate here. We went in and ordered our food and while we were waiting a guy came in to pick up his food. They told him it would be a 30 minute wait. He said it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago. The employee told him when you order online the pick up times are never correct. He was pissed and I don't blame him. So we are still waiting for our food. And the lady running drive thru. Omg!!!!. Someone ordered a bottle of water. And she said. This person is so stupid paying for water. And then another customer ordered food thru drive thru. And then she handed the food to the Customer and the customer was prolly checking her order before she drove away. The employee says omg lady go ahead and take your sweet time putting your straw in your drink 75 seconds at the drive thru the employee said. Then some lady used the restroom . And a employee said damn she just took off to the restroom like she just went in her pants or something. Did these employees forget we were in the restaurant waiting on our food. Very disrespectful. These employees need to be fired. I will never spend money at this store again

Shrinkflation for sure here!Tenders were less than a 1/4" thick, fries much smaller and all over cooked.1st turn off, no one at the front counter, so I went through the drive thru.When I go out to dinner I don't expect to wait on myself!

I went through the drive thru on my way back up north Florida and got a box chicken, nuggets and fry's plus biscuits. It was not very good nor fresh warm at all. It actually made my stomach upset after a few hours. The biscuits were good but the chicken was old and greasy and the nuggets were dry and hard. I will not eat KFC again.

Service was fast. Food was warm. The taste was so-so. Chicken was too salty for my taste. Biscuits were good but not exceptional. All in all, a so-so meal if you're in a hurry and don't want to cook.

WORST EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE, ANYTIME! !!!! NEVER, EVER ORDER ONLINE FOR A PICKUP ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! If I could give this place and the people who work here a -10 I would. Hubby went in to pick up order only to be told it just came up on their screen (order placed 35 min prior), then 20 min later told him they didn't have an order for him. There were at least 5-6 other people inside waiting for their orders getting the same BS, all while drive thru people were zipping right thru. Hubby said The women working there were the most rude, nasty people he has ever met, totally people inside the restaurant. After arriving at the restaurant, WE WAITED 45 MINUTES for 2 simple orders of chicken tenders. Would have walked out had we not paid when we placed the order.

To my knowledge this is a fairly new kFc, so I went there to get my food and was asked to pull up, because they needed to cook my chicken, so I pulled up and waited patiently for my food and I was sorely disappointed when I got home and found that half of my food was fresh and the rest looked as if it had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. I wanna give them a second chance, but this is highly unacceptable. Especially considering that they had me waiting for my food and had the audacity to give me old and fresh food.

I see by the other reviews that I'm not far off by my rating. Service was not great or good or fair. Attitude all over. Everyone working there seemed depressed and not care to be there. The food was not good. I like to consider myself the type not to say things like. I'll never go there again. Well, this location is an exception. I plan on never going back. Very negative energy when you walk in. Very noticeable. After a few minutes of being inside. I realized that I should not complain and just take my food and go. I never should have ordered. Took a long time. They barely had what my family wanted to order.The place wasn't dirty inside and out. I'll give them that. Reason for the 2nd star if not, it deserves 1 star.If you want KFC, read the rest of the reviews and the low star rating and don't even bother until there is a huge sign stating under new management. And it's not just this restaurant. The other fast food places nearby have low quality service and food.Parking: Very clean
