Shrinkflation for sure here!Tenders were less than a 1/4" thick, fries much smaller and all over cooked.1st turn off, no one at the front counter, so I went through the drive thru.When I go out to dinner I don't expect to wait on myself!
I went through the drive thru on my way back up north Florida and got a box chicken, nuggets and fry's plus biscuits. It was not very good nor fresh warm at all. It actually made my stomach upset after a few hours. The biscuits were good but the chicken was old and greasy and the nuggets were dry and hard. I will not eat KFC again.

I didn't receive all my food, so needless to say I wasn't a happy camper when I got home! I called them to let them know what happened and I would come back for the rest of my food.The manager's response was very apologetic and offered me another side for the inconvenience.I know everyone can make a mistake, but how you fix it makes a difference!Thank you KFC for showing good customer service!
