I don't frequent this Wendy's too often, but when I do it's decent service nothing to really talk about. Tonight I went and got my food, when I pulled away I realized I was missing a part of my order. I came back and brought up my discrepancy. Ms.Jerry was attending the window. And when I pulled up she was very polite, willing to help and apologetic. She is the definition of good customer service. Good hire Wendy's.
Stopped by heading back from our cruise for Sunday breakfast on the road. Fast service and fresh Bacon egg and cheese cusants and for the first time ordered there Decaffeinated coffee...hot, fresh and delicious are my best descriptions. A little tricky to get to off I-95 but not so bad as to not have you drive to as it's only .4 tenths of a mile off the highway.

The young lady who was a manager couldn’t put her cell phone down long enough to even make the orders. She is on the phone trying to put the fries in the cooker and drops the whole bag of fries on the floor. When I first arrived I stood there for 10 mins… nobody asked me for my order….. they all look miserable. Some young lady came out from the back and took my order. The service and atmosphere sucked. My main concern was the manger the whole time I was there a good 20 mins...read full review
