I had not been to McDonalds in years. Went through the drivethru and the guy taking my order was a really personble guy. My order was correct. I guess they changed the buns on the quarter pounder with cheese. I use to really like the quarter pounder with cheese from years ago. But NOT with the bun of today. Unless I'm starving and nothing else is opened, I'll go elsewhere.
I love the idea of self service kiosks, but those don't excuse a complete lack of self service. I have never ordered at any McD kiosk and gotten my drink cups without having to wave down a cook in the back and ask for them.
