We dined inside. Food and service were great (chicken tenders basket for me, cod basket for husband) although a little pricey. The building itself was a little run down with a "dive bar" vibe. The deck outside was in terrible condition with warped and missing boards.
This hidden oasis was like walking back into my hometown, where we valued great food and great company more than fuss and frill. Obviously a favorite of the local regulars, this cozy spot had a "cheers" vibe, but on the water. Service was perfection! Even with a decent crowd, I didn't wait for anything. My bottle of Bud Light was just $4. The Smiley Burger my son got came with 2 sides and was stacked! He didn't leave a crumb!

We were traveling through Titusville and happened on this place. It is FAR from fancy, but the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. We had an extra bonus because a rocket launching was scheduled for that evening. Don’t expect to be in awe of the property. Quite the contrary. But we had absolutely no complains about the food and the service. Glad we came. Great local color.
