I won't be going back for the sushi lunch. Poor service and I've had better sushi at Publix.

First time, last time for dining. We waited to be seated for about 15 minutes. Not bad at all for a wait time. After being seated and handed menus, we were forgotten. Eventually, the waiter said, "Oh my goodness, so sorry ( After waiting on 2 other tables who were seated after us. We were a party of 2 ....) and yet still managed to not wait on us. I said, " Seriously" and then he came over. We finally got drinks ordered and a good 10 minutes later got the drinks. Then another 10 or more before anyone got our order. Took forever to get the food. Never checked on us until they gave us the check. We didn't finish our food since our drinks were empty. Portions were small for the hibachi plate.Taste was just okay. Udon soup was good. Dumplings were awful and were the premade frozen ones. Sushi was warm, eew, didn't realize it until we popped into our mouths.
We always hear good about this place but I think it's more because it's a small town and there isn't much to compare it to. The kid that waited on us was nice but not effective, and the overall experience was just bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: Would be very difficult given narrow and tight dinning space

I enjoyed what I ordered! All this for $17 during lunch hour. I'm health conscious and follow a religious diet, this place was perfect for those needs. I got the Hibachi chicken with steamed rice and miso soup for $9. And a side of 6 avocado rolls priced fairly at $5. Their steamed rice was fluffy and slightly sticky with no salt, which gave me the chance to salt it myself. The chicken has sauce on the bottom that can be mixed into the rice. This is a meal that a single person will get full to. The chicken texture was just right, and the taste was very flavorful with light teriyaki. The Avocado rolls were perfect with the spicy mayo and a light white sauce on the side, added the crunch flakes on top and it was delish. The miso was a miss for me due to the seaweed as it overpowered the miso flavor. Will still come back for the hibachi☺️

I went in the day before with a 12 person list for a special lunch. Needed food ready for 12pm lunch. It was done and ready for pick up by 1130am. They wrote the names on each persons meal so it was easy to distribute at the office.
Thank you again!

?Already Dreaming about going Back!?

My experience at Royal Sushi Grill & Thai exceeded my expectations! The food is served hot and fresh--straight out of prep--and tastes incredible. Portions are generous (I had plenty of leftovers to take home), and the sushi left me craving another serving. The interior is clean, tasteful, and "new," and the staff were helpful and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

Went here today for a quick lunch. Have to say everything was spectacular from service to food. Everyone was greeted with smile even the chef said hello when they are busy.
Seating at the bar is an excellent choice because I love watching chefs making rolls and sashimis. What a presentation! Definitely will returned and surprise by the negative review because I was by myself and they are beyond welcoming to me.
Thank you for coming to Titusville, Royal Sushi!

Found a grub worm in my dish assuming from unwashed veggies. Sickening, I know it happens and I didn’t cause a fuss bc we’ve eaten there one other time with no issue. After I pointed it out no one wanted anything to do with us- service wise. Which was weird bc I was discreet and made no real fuss just pointed it out and they said oh okay and took my plate. My husband needed a drink refill and a box and had to flag them down lol which was actually hard bc they were seemingly trying to avoid eye contact. ??‍♀️
They did come back and asked if I wanted a new meal, I had lost my appetite so requested they just removed the item from our ticket- which they gladly agreed to

Side note- the owner is very active with reviews… clearly, which is great but don’t request my personal page as a friend on Facebook- that’s pretty weird- def losing another star for that ??

The food was great. Beautiful inside but seating is crowded. The service was slow, seemed to be disorganized.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is crowded. Even though the restaurant is accessible by wheelchair, I imagine it would be unpleasant to dine if the restaurant was even a little bit busy.
