“The Hubby and I ♥️ our Capital Taco in Trinity.He likes the soft shells but Im more of a hard shell taco person but Evelyn hooks me up every time and crisps my corn shell so there's some crunch, she’s the best!!If you’re in the mood for some tacos, Capital Tacos won’t disappoint.“

“The staff is always super friendly. You do have to wait a while for your order even if they are not busy. The last couple of times I have eaten here the black beans were cold like they just scooped them out of the refrigerator without heating them up. Not sure what is going on because that has never happened before. They are usually hot and taste fresh.“

Today I also tried a Taco de cuerito and blew my mind. Some delight. They have a very varied menu.My prejudice against food at gas stations ended. To judge, you must first try. The recommendation they made was so positive that I told myself, tomorrow I'm going to order something, when I saw that they had Birria, and I saw an order that a customer ordered, when I saw it I said, this is authentic. “What can I say? Juan's is the steady Eddie of fast casual Mexican food. My go to order is the Steak Nachos. I love that I can pick my toppings and personalize my meal. If I can suggest one thing, it would be to add black olives to the line up. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly. I started to eat my Nachos before I took the picture.“

“Flavors were there. Could of used a bit more fillings. Atmosphere is a food truck-but there is covering from sun and rain! Tables to sit. *No water at all that day. No bottles or cups to purchase, no ice available. Not really pet friendly, even if it's empty.“

Upon arrival you will think it's just a gas stastion with your typical convenience store inside,but, just passed the cashier you'll find a hot care with a friendly face ready to take your order! My husband frequently visits this little shop for Lunch and wanted to share the wealth with his wife since we happened to be in the area. PHENOMENAL! I tried the quesabirria and it was out of this world! Super duper hot and undoubtedly very fresh, packed with flavor and very filling. Mostly you'll have to take it to go, but, they do have a small bar with maybe 6 chairs you can dine in in a pinch. Cannot wait to be in the area again.
