I had the birria tacos yesterday and they were incredible packed with flavor and clearly made with love. Authentic, homemade taste that’s hard to find. The menu is full of traditional Mexican favorites, and I’m especially excited to come back and try their fish tacos once they’re added soon!

“Always very happy. I go to their branch in Doral very often. The guys are very friendly and attentive. More than 7 months of continuous visits and I have recommended it to all my friends who are very happy. Only today my hamburgers were not well cooked so I couldn't eat them but out of more than 30 experiences, 1 bad one is nothing. You can always make a mistake, even if it is small. We are not perfect. We stopped by Coyo Taco in Coral Gables close to closing time and were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and efficient the staff remained. Even with the day winding down, the energy was upbeat and the food was fresh and flavorful.

We took advantage of their Taco Tuesday two-for-one special, which felt like a delicious steal. The real star of the night? The Al Pastor tacos—hands down the greatest. Perfectly seasoned pork, juicy pineapple, and that signature street-style flair made each bite unforgettable. They were so good, we almost ordered another round just to keep the magic going.

Whether you’re winding down your day or kicking off a night out, Coyo Taco delivers bold flavors and a laid-back vibe that hits the spot. We’ll definitely be back for more taco love.

The waitresses are very sweet and attentive. The food also comes out fairly quickly. The food is always fresh and they give good portion sizes. They also have a great amount and quality of sauces. I’ve never been and found this quaint little area with food trucks and the burger and milkshake here was divine. There’s a nice outside patio bar five or six food trucks that serve different food.
