I don't know what it is but every single time I order from this location, something is wrong. Missing a queso. Missing chips. Missing the drink. Ingredients that should not be on the order are on the order. Today it was the side of curdled queso and the cheese on my order (which was ordered with no cheese, no sour cream) that was my last straw and I had to leave a comment. I'm so bummed about this restaurant and the lack of checking orders before they are delivered, and checking the order ticket before making the product. I don't know if this a corporate issue, or a management issue, but it's certainly an issue.

People are nice, the food is great. My burrito was huge and tasted pretty good. My only issue and it's not a big one is that their choice of multicolor lights inside makes my food look funny. I'd come back during the daytime though.

I can't tell if the tacos are good but my burrito was probably the worst I have ever tried. The steak was dry and had no flavor, the beans were nothing special, rice and tortilla were average. Idk why they put a jalapeño in it. It made it even worse cause I didn't want it spicy!

I got it delivered so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. But the food was the most bland thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure how you can make shrimp tacos taste like absolutely nothing but they succeeded. Guacamole tasted like air. Honestly I think they don’t have any seasonings in their kitchen.

I typically eat at this location on a regular basis. Usually once a week for many years.
The tacos that I ordered today were absolutely horrible. The shells were stale, the chicken wasn't edible and the jalapenos were rubbery and shouldn't be served.
I had to soak the entire taco with hot sauce to even be able to eat the shell.
I can't remember ever having a bad meal at this location.
The bathroom was filthy and the trash can was completely overflowing from the day before. I've never seen that here before.
This was at 11 am shortly after opening.
The Gulf Gate Tijuana Flats is a lost cause like the Tamiami Trail location became and I can see these stores going under if things keep going this direction.
I took the time to write this not to be mean but as an advisory because I know what the store is capable of vs today.
The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful by the way and I should have asked her to make things right while I was there but didn't want to make the person making my food mad.
This location has really picked up their game! Not sure if there was a recent ownership/management change, but the food quality, service and atmosphere have all vastly improved. We are glad to see that it's alot busier during our recent visits.
Melissa is amazing!

My wife and I love stopping on Tuesday and getting the two tacos and chips. The tacos are generously filled and delicious. We continue to go there.

The artwork is super cute but they charged us $30 for food that could have been found at the bottom of a trash can. The servers were super nice but omg, the food was actual garbage
