“Holy Guacamole — This Place Is Nacho Average Mexican Spot! To get to the main event: the quesadilla. Oh. My. Guac. This wasn’t just the best quesadilla I’ve ever had — it was quite possibly the pinnacle of human culinary achievement. The tortilla was golden, crisped to perfection with just the right amount of buttery char. And inside? A molten lava flow of cheese so rich and gooey it could’ve been declared a national treasure. Add to that the perfectly seasoned meat (I went with the chicken, but I suspect any option would be un-burrito-ble) and a side of their homemade salsa that added just the right kick — I was completely cheesed off… in the best way possible. I was also thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail — the tortillas tasted freshly made, the toppings were thoughtfully layered, and even the slaw had crunch and flavor that made each bite nacho run-of-the-mill. Service? Absolutely en-taco-ging. Friendly, fast, and full of great recommendations! If you’re looking for a place that delivers on authenticity, flavor, and an all-around good time, this restaurant really tortilla new one! In short: • Best quesadilla ever? Check. • Amazing tacos? Check. • Left in a state of blissful food coma? Absolutely. • Would I go back? You bet your guac I would. Do yourself a favor and get your taco-loving self to this place. It’s nacho something you want to miss.”

Tonight I had the lobster tacos for dinner with the e tuna dip for an appetizer to share, but honestly I could have just eaten my weight in hush puppies and strawberry butter. “I’m actually at the Valparaiso restaurant. I’m here because of a would you like us on my EXND page. Jeffrey M. Lane this is the Wednesday lunch spot. First impressions is clean and bright. I like that it’s not cluttered, great space to sit and eat. The menu is perfect, not too much not too little. Was paying for the food and asked about tips, was told we don’t accept tips. My meal was $19.87, so I got burger, fries and a drink. SO LETS GET TO THE MEAT AND POTATOES 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. There are no freezers to store food, all veggie’s are cut fresh daily as well as all burgers made daily. The drink was un sweet tea. Delicious, the small fries was a huge portion, for this fat guy there was a lot(bravo), now to the burger. Smoked Cheddar Bacon Burger( I’m like Homer Simpson in a doughnut shop) the burger was a fantastic messy and full of fresh onions, mayo. Do not be in a suit and tie for this lol. I devoured that tasty burger, while listening to 50-60’s music. Catherine was at the register and explained everything, very friendly employees. This is a must place to go to. They have two locations and Fridays are open until 7:30 I believe. They are only open 10-2 pm in the Valparaiso location. This is a business I proudly support. So if you are in lower Okaloosa County drop by and enjoy this delicious burger with a tasty beverage (in my Pulp Fiction Voice). DEFINITELY 5 STARS IN THIS”

“This place is a MUST if you go to Destin. Our daughter moved there last year and introduced us to them and it is a staple of our visits now. The two guys working behind the counter are very friendly, and always playing around and teasing. It’s apparent they love their work and their customer service is top notch. All of the employees there are friendly and helpful! And, hands down…..the best ice cream!!”

The dough is so tender and flavorful, and clearly truly homemade. The cuban kolache was AMAZING and we wish we had gotten several for the drive home! We also enjoyed the boudin and conecuh kolaches. Our doughnuts, apple and blueberry fritters, and cinnamon doughnut holes were also tasty. We got boba and bubble tea which was great, with lots of good options. Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. We even brought some home for my husband, and he swore there was no way it wasn’t meat! What really made the experience unforgettable were the owners, Aria and Josh. We sat near their booth for a bit before ordering and got to witness how they interacted with everyone — so much kindness, warmth, and genuine passion.
