“We’ve been here several times during the evening hours. But our first time experience at lunch was a bit disappointing. My food came out but my wife’s calzone came much later. Our waiter was hardly checking on us for refills and never apologized or even tell us the food would come out late. (Plus no bread or their special oil.) I know it was lunch, but my highlight was the bread. I don’t know if we will come for lunch for a while, but we will give it a chance for evenings. I even wrote a note on the receipt and left my phone#. But as yet have I received a call.“

“Restaurant has expanded into space next door, so it didn't feel as crowded. Menu was similar to our previous visit, however one of my favorite entrees was no longer offered (cannelloni). I chose the tortellini and it didn't disappoint. My husband chose the chicken piccata, which he has ordered previously. The portion was smaller and the price increased.“

If you get a drink you have to go for the green jester. You can even get a gallon to bring on the boat or the beach!“

The owners of Destin Jet’s are nothing short of amazing! We had a delivery order go sideways and the owners reached out immediately to fix the problem. We had Jet’s on our last night of vacation and it made the trip! We’ll definitely order from here when we come back next year…probably more than once if the kids have a say!!Thank you again Destin Jet’s!!

Jets pizza is fantastic and we get it every year while on vacation. Found out the hard way they use Door Dash to deliver their orders. We placed a $100 order and it took 2 hours to arrive and it was ice cold when we got it. The worst part is I tipped while placing the order and it wasn’t warranted after waiting that long. I tried to call the store and got the “Jet Bot” over and over, without anyone answering the phone. Disappointed this time around. Jet’s, you guys are better than that!“

“My DoorDash delivery driver missed our entire pizza order and only delivered my family a salad. Whether it was negligence on the drivers part, the fact that he misunderstood their request to wait or otherwise, Clemenza’s gave us a second pizza just for the inconvenience of having to pick up our own delivery. This issue was no fault of theirs however they immediately prioritized my family and our experience with their restaurant, food, and service. The food was delicious but their attentiveness to this experience was outstanding.“

“When I do get Papa John’s, I always order to this location — mobile and carry-out with no issues. Today, I accidentally sent my order to Mary Esther, but didn’t realize the mistake until I came to pick up at this location. The young lady who worked the cashier was so sweet, quick and efficient to get me squared away. She told me to give her 10 minutes and my pizza was ready before that (and with dessert). I really do appreciate the efforts you and your team make to ensure the satisfaction of the customer. You guys are awesome, thank you!“
