Great customer service. My 5year old dropped her ice cream and they made a new one free of charge. Best experience at any custard shop experience ever. 5 out of 5 experience would go back again for sure.
I had the pumpkin pie concrete size small and it was plenty! Such a great pumpkin flavor and I loved the pieces of real pumpkin pie that were in it. The young lady who took my order was very polite. Service was fast! 10/10 would recommend!
10/10 would recommend!! My custard plug was Freddy's, but that before finding out about Andy's, and those sweet treats. Nikki, the sales rep taking my order outside was more than willing to assist in helping me with my first order. Besides being patient with my chaotic and ambiguous questions, she was also cheerful. Wonderful character to be around, I am looking forward to my next visit!
