The prices keep going up and the quality of their food keeps going down. I'm surprised that they're still in business, they won't be for much longer at this rate.
I'll add that charging $0.50 for little sauce packet is particularly odious. Nickle and diming people is a great way to alienate customers.
Absolutely terrible. The drive through line was super long so I went inside. I went to the kiosk since no one bothered coming up to the front register. When I couldn't do a simple substitute on the kiosk I went back to the front counter... Well someone finally came up and told me they dont have anyone to run the reregister I need to go back to the kiosk... This is where I should have just left.
