Got the order wrong through the drive through, Eight p m twenty five minutes in the drive through line. And the big one is the menu board lights werer out employee said for at least 4 months.
This location will not take cash or take your order on the inside for dine in. We were advised they only take credit card inside and WE have to enter our order. We prefer to have an employee to take our order. The staff member stated, “I can’t help if they never schedule me a cashier! Go ahead and make your complaint!”. Disappointing to say the least. We left and will go next door to Chik-fil-A.

This Wendy's is close to where I live and had not been there in a couple months waiting for them to fix their problems. Seems they still do not have any service inside (if you can get inside). Wanted to sit down with a cup of coffee and breakfast this morning about 8am but no service inside. They have been using drive-thru only till 11am for months. This is my second review and don't expect Wendys to do anything about it since they have done nothing yet. Just letting others know to lower any expectations you might have of getting a nice sit down spot to eat breakfast in on ANY morning here.

Stopped by to redeem birthday frosty in the dining room for take out only to be told that the employee at the front register was on break and could not scan my code other than going through the drive-thru. After a couple of times confirming the process, the employees took my order at the front counter using the back register. Food was hot and fresh but a little frustrated with trying to order without going through the drive-thru (large diesel truck not convenient option). Not the best experience.

Ate there yesterday I believe it needs to be inspected by the health department both soft drink machines were out of drinks and ice asked if she had coke in the their machine they didn't even have coke they ran out ketchup for fries tables were dirty they need new management or something employees were frustrated bc they were busy filling up cups with ice and drinks and being asked for ketchup that they didn't have Horrible place I've been there B4 I've never seen it like this F- is my Grade
