I just purchased a $21.34 medium diet dr. Pepper. I mean my order contained a Big Mac, 2 large fries, and a quarter pounder meal. I placed and paid for the order on the app. Pull into the drive thru and give our code. QS73. Guy says to pull to second window. We still stop at the first window. Guy says they’ll have my receipt at 2nd window. Young lady with pink eye shadow pops the second door open and hands out my ddp and asks if we can pull up for our food to the third window....read full review
Absolutely horrible, food was ice cold. Left waiting 25 minutes on my curbside order and then they were confused on what order I was talking about. This is the second time this has happened. When I got to the window they handed me the wrong food and then was confused on the fact I had more to my order. Then gave me attitude saying “oh did you still want it ?!” as they were holding the quickly put together food that was cold and wrong .
Workers were well trained. The place worked like a ballet. Lots of workers but no one stepped on anyones toes
