You wait 20 minutes for food then it’s cold. Everyone on this night shift have attitude and don’t care. Manager is no help. So if you want cold food every time go at night!!!! Management needs to come in and the owner and clean house with their workers.
Will not be going back to the Wendy’s on Valrico. Most of the time, they take forever and give you attitude for no reason. Today, I decided to go there during my lunch and get a Biggie Bag because it’s close and I hadn’t eaten all day. There was no one else in the drive thru until after I ordered and paid. Terrible service! Staff is rude and my Order wasn’t even correct and they won’t give you a receipt for proof. Dont bother asking for their name to report because they will lie to you and give you a fake name!
If you have to give a fake name, clearly your service isn’t reputable! Unfortunately it wasn’t just one terrible staff member, it was 3.
Extremely disappointed!
