Worse bathroom I have ever seen. Honestly almost lost my appetite. Does anyone clean it.....food subpar. Cold fries... would like to add waitress kept our change. When I asked why she stated it's what they do. Sorry but that is theft. No matter how you look at it. Keeping 23. Or. 34 cents is thievery.

My mother and I stopped for dinner the other night. It was the first time in almost a year. The restaurant was only half full but we waited almost 5 minutes before we saw an employee to seat us. As we looked at the menu and waited to be addressed by our server, the server for the table next to us greeted them. He was very clean-cut and friendly. He offered suggestions and took their orders in a professional manner. In my mind, that set the tone for the night. Then our server came to the table. I could hear him before I saw him. He was laughing out loud and said "shut up!" to someone. He was scruffy and his clothes were unkempt. He asked what we wanted to drink and proceeded to stretch his arm over his head and start scratching his back while he yawned with his mouth wide open. He noticed my look of surprise and claimed it had been a long day. It took awhile to get our drinks, and I was missing my side shot. It took another 10 minutes to get that. The lady that delivered the food was very nice and asked if we needed anything else. Our server did not pre-buss our table. Our salad plates and our empty glasses were still on the table when we left. The other two tables in his section were also covered with dirty dishes even though they had been vacated for over 15 minutes. The food was good, but the service was sub-par. I did not see a manager the whole time I was there. As a person with many years of server and management experience, I was not thrilled with our visit. It may be another year or so before we go back.

This place used to have amazing service and wonderful food. The past few months, it's just been lackluster. Especially the service. You sit and wait for a server to take your drink order for 10-15 minutes and then wait another 5-10 to get the drinks. It's a real shame. I've been coming here weekly for 20 years, and this will probably be the last time I come for a few months.

Our waitress Meaghan acted like she wanted to be anywhere but here. Never made eye contact didn’t see much of her and very cold. The gal (or waitress from previous visits who is Amazing) that brought out our food and drinks was way more attentive and had a great attitude. I want to thank her for just coming across friendly and that she likes her job.

(Keep in mind, it was short staffed obviously) The food was so so, and I could tell it was rushed out. I've been to other Applebee's, but this one was not good. Normally I take home leftovers (I had the Alfredo Pepper Chicken) but I left it to be taken away. The waitress was top notch 100%I hope they can hire more staff to help out, because it has great potential. The Meltdown chocolate cake was amazing!
