The food was delicious and hot and quick and we were treated very nicely. I would definitely recommend eating in. I see people in the reviews have had trouble with the drive thru but we had nothing but a great time and delicious food.

Vegetarian options: The classic gyro is great and so are the beef n cheddar sandwiches. The fried machine n cheese bites are amazing. They actually taste like homemade mac n cheese. A little overpriced IMO but totally worth it!

How long should we wait at the speaker??? I feel like six minutes without a response is a bit wild. The only reason I did is because I had the time and figured maybe the equipment is down and somebody would walk out and take my order. But instead people just stared to the windows.

Arby's has become my wife and self for a night out place. Clean place, friendly staff, foods good, much better than some others... A good place to check out. Also it's close to Tractor Supply, another hot spot of ours.
Gave me the wrong order. Only realized when I got home. Caution. The canned response does absolutely nothing , "to make it right". Save your money

We quit eating at all Arby’s years ago because the quality had gone downhill and they were no longer reliable at serving quality food.
In a pinch today we went through the drive-through I overheard the lady manager on duty tell the worker to “throw out that sandwich, a customer would never come back again if you gave them that!!” It was my sandwich. Thanks for watching out for your customers and not being afraid to speak up. We ordered 4 meals and all of them (and the fries) were quality!!! Thanks again! We’ll be back!!

Not sure what was happening today around 1:30pm. The lobby was closed so it was DT only. The woman Tammy that was on the drive thru was so unprofessional and messed my order up multiple times. She audibly sighed while taking my order numerous times and then seemed annoyed when I triple checked she had my order right. When I finally got to the window, she told me she gave me my total before she added what she had forgotten. She still got it wrong. She then began to cuss and slam things around. She voided my order and re rang it in. No apology, no care. Where is the manager at this location? That woman should not be employed.

Awful service I came to drive thru around 10 7/22/24 ordered 2 meals and ask for everything fresh she seemed like she wasn’t paying attention as was but due to how stale and cold I’ve received orders before she assured me 3 times she was dropping fresh and had me wait at window it was my mistake I didn’t check bag but I live behind Arby’s so no more the 5 min ride I got home I was missing tenders to meal and everything was stale cold I called she said come back I’m dropping the food you missed fresh I get to window I brought everything as well so she could see and she hands me once again not fresh food and I ask for refund she says “I’m not giving a refund” I don’t want to give a refund” “your right the sandwich wasn’t fresh but they rest was” NONE OF IT WAS and refused refund shut window and locked it $30 down the drain her name was Tammy

Asked sandwich without ranch. Receipt showed no ranch. Sandwich had tons of ranch. Clearly it didn’t matter what I ordered - I was going to get what they had with no regard for my request.
