A must stop for the coffe ambiance (and taste), is a great start for the day.

This place is by far my favorite coffee in the entire srq/venice area. I always get the bull frog but even their plain drips are perfect. You can really tell they care about the quality of their drinks, which are always served perfectly hot and never burnt.

Best coffee in the area and I have tried so so many!!!! Staff was amazing. Explained the difference in the beans they have . Coffee was of course delicious. Only down fall I have is that they need bigger cups because it was soooo good!!!

The best coffee in Venice and way beyond. I've joined a couple of coffee clubs where they send a different roast to you each month based on your preferences, but I cancelled and exclusively buy Black Gold's Espresso in 1 or 5 pound bags. Also, Gary and Alyssa are the best people and were so kind to my parents and my family.

Wow, just wow! Black Gold Coffee Roasters is everything a coffee shop should be and more. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee is incredible and sets the stage for a fantastic experience. I tried the signature Black Gold Latte, and it was perfection in a cup – the balance of raw honey and cinnamon with the rich, smooth espresso was divine.
The atmosphere is modern, clean, and incredibly welcoming, making it the perfect spot to either catch up with a friend or get some work done. The staff deserves a special shoutout; they are so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their coffee. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. I also grabbed a bag of their Organic Black Gold Blend to take home, and my morning coffee has never been better. Venice is lucky to have this spot. I'll be back every chance I get!

Croissant breakfast sandwich and liquid crack iced coffee were phenomenal, and all the employees were incredibly nice! This is definitely going to be our new go to weekend breakfast spot!

As an unabashed "coffee snob", I take my bean juice seriously and have roasted my own green coffee beans for the past 5 years-ish. Tragically, I failed to monitor my "green" back-stock, ran out and learned this morning that my order wouldn't arrive until next week ?. In a panic I searched local roasters, found this place, bought some Ethiopian whole bean (roasted 1 day earlier) and got my espresso fix by 7:30am. It was delicious. Validation for me after dumping Starbucks years ago that FRESH ROAST MATTERS. Thank you BGCR for being there when I needed the real deal.

Coffee was excellent, the food however breakfast specifically was sub par. I left feeling extremely let down by my bacon panini that had small chunks of ham??? Really bland, scrambled DRY eggs. Wish I had spent money at McDonalds rather than here. Disappointing…. Also serving people applesauce on the side is just plain wrong.

The best Latte anywhere! And the blueberry muffins and zucchini bread is off the charts.

Excuse me, did I die and go to coffee heaven!? This place does their own In House roasting? Mountains of coffee sacks to the left and a comfortable, clean cafe tot he right. I had no idea this place was like this on the inside. The best part is the prices! Somehow they manage to keep their prices FAIR, and not expensive like star-sucks! Wow, this will be my new coffee shop.
