“Waited at least 20 minutes for a table outside. They were crowded as usual. Waited 5 minues for Jennifer to bring us coffee and water. She said she'd be right back for order. 15 minutes later others were seated, and actually served. Our waitress rook the order fir a couple who had just been seated and then took ours. I complained to the hostess who took off our coffees. The waitress apologized for serving the other couple first. She didn't understand that we had waited an additional 20 minutes to PLACE our order. I never complain, I've been wait staff. The wait staff there has always been fabulous until today. She is clueless.“

“Their food is really good! We eat there every week. The one exception is their Skillets Potatoes - they're usually undercooked, then topped with green onions and broiled until the green onions are burned. Every Single Time. Come on, Corporate, Pay Attention!“

“First watch has been one of our favorite spots for breakfast in Sarasota for many years. This location is great. A little quieter than the downtown location with some nice outdoor seating. The food is always delicious and the service is great.“

“I came here because I was craving a bagel with cream cheese and I hadn't eaten breakfast yet at almost noon. I entered the drive-through with no one ahead of me and the voice was very pleasant. The cashier was also very nice. I think it was the same woman. My app wasn't allowing me to reload so she figured out how I could pay with the app and cash.. My bagel was perfectly lightly toasted just the way I like it with just the right amount of cream cheese… Coming through the hole and everything! It was gone within minutes lol. And overall very pleasant, friendly and tasty experience! We'll make sure to return to this location in the future.“
