“Waited at least 20 minutes for a table outside. They were crowded as usual. Waited 5 minues for Jennifer to bring us coffee and water. She said she'd be right back for order. 15 minutes later others were seated, and actually served. Our waitress rook the order fir a couple who had just been seated and then took ours. I complained to the hostess who took off our coffees. The waitress apologized for serving the other couple first. She didn't understand that we had waited an additional 20 minutes to PLACE our order. I never complain, I've been wait staff. The wait staff there has always been fabulous until today. She is clueless.“

“Whenever I come in to dine either for breakfast or lunch, I look to see who's working. My favorite waitress is Crystal. She hustles and is always very attentive to her tables.“

“Their food is really good! We eat there every week. The one exception is their Skillets Potatoes - they're usually undercooked, then topped with green onions and broiled until the green onions are burned. Every Single Time. Come on, Corporate, Pay Attention!“

“I LOVE First Watch & especially this location off Tamiami Trail! The service is top notch, everyone always has a smile (I've been here at least 10 x's), the food is always delish! And, if you come alone, like I have before, the large table to the left of the cash register counter is Open Seating. The Bacada Omelette is fantastic & with the fresh greens makes a hearty & healthy meal. Love Love Love First Watch !!“
