Our waitress and the cashier were cold and the girl I’m assuming was the manager was rude. No wonder the restaurant was so empty.

Not a fan of the hash brown casserole. Regular old hash browns are great by me. The biscuits at the Venice, FL C.B. were doughy and the cornbread muffins were lacking flavor. Food was just OK.

Waited forever to get our drinks ( hot tea and 1 cold tea). Server seemed overwhelmed. Food took a lot longer to be brought. After we waited about 25 minutes, we were told they had no tosirloin for the steak and eggs. Drank our teas and had to ask for refills. Only got one refill for all three. Asked to speak to the manager on duty. He had a “ don’t care “ attitude.
Cracker Barrel has gone downhill really bad. Will have to check out Waffle House. Can’t be any worse.

The food was ok, not great. Service was not good. We had to ask for everything. Silverware, napkins, plates for appetizer etc.

I had cream cheese french toast and edges were hard and cold, coffee was luke warm, husband had chicken tenders and they were hard, it was busy so we didn't bother waiter.

Service Horible ..on Saturday evening not even busy to have an excuse gentlemen 2 tables over from me and behind me was complaining about his food being cold what a shame disgusting certain area even come back to even tell her about it asking for to go container and not seen any of it eating should have been a clue to her obviously she needs better training brought it home for my dog he enjoyed it

We all had an excellent meal. The service was excellent and server was very attentive. Hostess and cashier were also all very friendly.

We arrived on Saturday March 15, 2025 11:15 am, we were seated right away. We ordered Grandpa’s breakfast, Grandma’s sampler breakfast and 2 blueberry pancakes w/ side of bacon. Our server got our drinks immediately and that’s the last we saw of him. My elderly father 87yrs old w/dementia accidentally knocked over his orange juice. The 4 napkins that were on our table were used to clean him up and the table. We finally got our servers attention to get the floor and my father cleaned. He did get us a towel but left it in the table and walked away !!!! It’s now 12 pm and still no food. I went to the hostess stand and asked to speak to a manager. Waited 3mins no manager showed I returned to my seat. Our food finally arrived after 45 mins of waiting the server said he was so it took so long. Asked again to speak to a manager and again no show. The food was horrible, the pancakes were greasy and the blueberries were plotted in the center of the pancakes. We had to use the paper napkin holder to wipe our hands and mouth because of no napkins. It was one thing after another people who came in after us were served and gone by the time we got our food. Our server came to bring the check and I asked a third time for a manger. Server came back with check and stated he compted the pancakes and one meal. Again no manager came. A senior server Tamara came over and apologized for everything. She stated the mangers were in a meeting but she totally understand of frustration and apologized and said she would take care of the whole bill.
People come to a restaurant because they are hungry not once did our server offer us biscuits to hold us over for such a long delay. Never came to refill our drinks. We finally left at 12:40. Never again !!!!
