There's either one small splotch on one side of the bun or the whole burger is melting in whatever sauce you had on your sandwhich, be that mustard, ketchup, mayo... etc. This time I had too little and my wife's was drowned in mayo. Other than that it's pretty good as far as fast food goes. The atmosphere is always less hustle n bustle than a McDonald's type fast food. I enjoy that everyone working there isn't running around frazzled.All in all decent for fast food. Not exactly a 5* restaurant though.Kid-friendliness: Like I said the fact that everyone isn't running around frazzled with work to do creates a better fast food atmosphere more conducive to have kids around

I have been coming here for a few years. It has always been very good. Yesterday I went at around 530 PM on 01April2025. I ordered through the drive thru and received my order. I went home about 15 minutes away and found that I was missing a Deluxe Burger. Now this is very inconvenient but mistakes happen so I drove all the way back. I went inside and VERY politely told them I was missing one Deluxe Burger. The manager tried telling me that it was a butter burger missing.....I know what I was missing and had the receipt. She rolled her eyes and turned to kitchen and said make a deluxe. She offered no apology or anything. I will say that the young kid at registered seemed embarrassed and apologized for her but at this point I was a little mad since I came in respectful and nice because these things happen. She then came out and handed me my bag and turned around and left., no apology, no coupon....nothing. I was not happy with the service and the manager. I hope this gets better at this Culvers in Venice Florida.

be sure that the staff is comfortable working a full shift before you order from the drive through, we pulled up 15 minutes from them closing and we were told they “ran out” of ALL ice cream, and they wrapped my 4 piece chicken tender meal with paper instead of a box and only 2 chicken tenders.. happy easter

I am from Canada and we don't have Culver's there, I was pleasantly surprised. It was some of the best fast food I have ever eaten. I hope that in the future that you consider coming north. I went twice in a week. If you haven't tried Culver's I would recommend a trip there. Wonderful experience.

Very rude employees. They made my wife's sandwich with a regular bun instead of gluten-free. They then had the audacity to be angry at us for having to remake it. I just stopped here on the way home. I will definitely wait a couple of exits next time.

The food took a while to prepare , the burgers were literally thrown together with sauce all over package and bun. Cheese curds were prohibitably salty as were the fries. Spend$43 for fast food meal and most of it was thrown away.
