Frustrated; my brothers and I stop here every single day and get pretty much the same thing every single day. One of the items we ask for is avocado toast extra toasted because otherwise all you’d get is warm bread. NOW even when you ask for it to be toasted you still just…get warm bread. This keeps happening and it’s frustrating because it’s a waste of food. I cannot *stand* bread but I can do toast. Please do better especially for your regulars 😔
What a horrible experience every single time. I am a food delivery driver so I unfortunately have to go to this location quite often and it has reached the point where I am actually declining money to deliver from there because it is such a horrendous experience. There is one particular employee who is the worst and seems to either enjoy berating and yelling at the customers or simply can’t handle any kind of customer service. The hours say they open at 5am but I was in their drive through line from 630am until after 7am and no one is taking orders. All of us stuck in line did not get anything and people sped off. The girls working ignore you at the door and at the drive through window. But I was there during their business hours? Not sure why this is happening.
