Ordered a mobile order 2 coffees ordered it in advance so it would be ready as I had to rush to a doctors appointment. Took them 22 minutes to give me milk and sugar instead of a Carmel macchiato of course I had no time to make them correct it either. Horrible service last few times I went I thought the weight was a fluke but they consistently take forever. There’s one male worker who tries his best to get orders out but the girl there is awful! Do not recommend this Dunkin!

I went through the drive-through around 11 AM today on a busy Friday and had a wonderful service. Ordering was smooth, and my drink was delivered quickly and made perfectly. I could see the staff hustling inside and working hard. What a pleasant change - Great job!

Got to dunin around 635 this morning orderd a coffee and received it around 659 seems they have new blue haired employees that are not capable of making a coffee .....never had this issue at this branch until these people stared working here ....

Would give zero or negative stars if I could. Must be a requirement to smoke crack if you want to work here. Food is always wrong. Line is always long. Used my points for a drink then told me the points don’t work for that drink. My breakfast sandwich was not cooked, cheese is cold on a warm sandwich. No cold foam on my coffee. I asked for it, was handed a coffee with no cold foam. I asked for cold foam and was told it’s in there and I won’t be getting more. Literally none on it. The worker gave me the nastiest look. Literally Dunkin, you need to go check on this branch. This is a daily issue.

This was my “snacking bacon” smh. I use to work for dunkin and I’m disappointed, burnt and no seasoning at all. Even my coffee, I got none of my flavorings that I added into it.. it was disgusting. Just do better.

Well 4-5 months ago I was in there and had a horrible experience- was dirty, staff was rude, food not ready etc… i left a bad review and they called me to make it right. I have been out of town all summer and we stopped in this morning. Staff still doe not welcome customers but they seemed like better employees, more energy, not on drugs, and not loud rap music playing. It seemed cleaner and now where pick up is there was the pick up display! Thank you for listening to reviews to make your place better. Liking this dunkin better every time!
