I come to this location all the time and am usually fairly satisfied but something was WAY off today and I sure hope it’s a one-time one thing. We ordered an egg & cheese croissant, avocado toast, small vanilla coolatta no whipped cream and medium iced matcha latte made with almond milk. We waited at the window for a long time then what we got was coolatta with whipped cream that they removed when questioned, iced latte that they remade to iced matcha latte but ended up small not medium, egg & cheese on two English muffin bottoms not croissant, and smallest piece of avocado toast I have ever seen there that was so hard I had to be careful not to break a tooth. No exaggeration. Basically they got none of our order right! I would have gone back to complain in person except we took our order and left to eat it elsewhere.

I came to this location probably a half hour before closing. I asked for a peppermint mocha hot chocolate and there were two young guys working and they're both laughing and as I'm pulling away they're still looking out the window laughing and I'm really afraid to drink this hot chocolate. I tried calling back to talk to somebody and nobody answers the phone there. I called several times but needless to say I'm not drinking this hot chocolate. I feel like someone did something to it and that's why they're laughing and giggling and looking out the window as I'm pulling away it just doesn't make any sense I seriously do not trust the fact that they did not do something to this drink

Took over 20 minutes just to get my food order in, took another 8-10 to get my food through the window.
My bagel minis were cold, my avocado toast scantily covered in avocado spread, and the toast was barely toasted or warmed.
Incredibly disappointed and it felt as though the staff are completely clueless on how to function in a fast food drive through.

Had to get my caramel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. Live the doughnuts, but I can't just eat one and eating more than one isn't healthy.
Lady on the speaker was rude I was rushed through my order. When I arrived at the window I asked just to add a hash brown was told no they had a line. Then proceeded to aggressively hand my items out of the window. Very disrespectful don’t go here.

There condescending rude and won't go back. There are too many other dd around. Bunch of gossiping teenagers that has an attitude. Feels unprofessional. The manager isn't a manager. She yelled at me after her worker read label and make it right. I repeated my order she yelled at me my workers know how to do it. And obviously they don't or they wouldn't be remaking it. I just left while they all were leaking stares at me. So unprofessional. That manager needs to go..

Ordered a mobile order 2 coffees ordered it in advance so it would be ready as I had to rush to a doctors appointment. Took them 22 minutes to give me milk and sugar instead of a Carmel macchiato of course I had no time to make them correct it either. Horrible service last few times I went I thought the weight was a fluke but they consistently take forever. There’s one male worker who tries his best to get orders out but the girl there is awful! Do not recommend this Dunkin!

I went through the drive-through around 11 AM today on a busy Friday and had a wonderful service. Ordering was smooth, and my drink was delivered quickly and made perfectly. I could see the staff hustling inside and working hard. What a pleasant change - Great job!

Got to dunin around 635 this morning orderd a coffee and received it around 659 seems they have new blue haired employees that are not capable of making a coffee .....never had this issue at this branch until these people stared working here ....
