“As President of Park Forest, we were excited to open our gates and welcome The Maine Line to our community. We planned for about 100 residents and asked Kurt to prepare for that number—but Park Forest showed up in force, and we ended up serving over 225 neighbors enjoying the evening.
Kurt did an amazing job handling the unexpected crowd, and the night turned into a fantastic social event filled with great food, fun, and lots of happy people. Outstanding lobster rolls, great energy, and a wonderful experience all around. We’re already looking forward to having The Maine Line back again!“

“We had GitChewSum BBQ cater a Thank You Open House Party in our home, and we could not be more thrilled with the entire experience! From start to finish, Lindsay was prompt, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly responsive to emails and made the planning process seamless.
The food was OUTSTANDINGLY DELICIOUS - guests are still raving about it! The charcuterie display was beautifully arranged and made a perfect first impression. The burnt ends were hands-down the crowd favorite, but the pork, chicken, and brisket sliders were also plentiful and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the red potatoes, mac-n-cheese, and house salad - every item was perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The woodgrain chafing dishes added a classy touch, and the entire presentation was fabulous. Lindsay made sure every guest was well cared for and brought such warmth and professionalism to our event. It was an absolute pleasure having her in our home. We will definitely be using GitChewSum BBQ again.
