First, complaint: 3 out of 6 trips here they have not had wheat bread. It is 4:27pm why would they be out of bread? Just a little frustrating because it is sooo good.Second, cheers: Staff has been friendly and have enjoyed the food when it was available.

Not freaky fast in anyway shape or form.asked the young blonde who was making my sandwich to cut it in half please and she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the sandwich with no response other than irritation.

Decided to eat JJs for the first time as evertone seems to rave about it, so I was excited to try it.I ordered the roast beef. Asked if I could have mustard instead of mayo and no tomato. They said no problem. When I got home, I had to pick the tomato off, and the sandwhich was dry, no mayo or mustard. Luckily, I had mustard at home.Anyway, I thought the roast beef was very salty, and truthfully, I thought the roll was tasteless. I don't eat a lot of fast food subs, but I have had the 3 other competitor's food and I have to say, I'll back to them before I go back to JJ. I don't get the JJ hype. I also wish that they would cut the regular subs in half.
Great spot for one of the classic Jimmy John subs and sandwiches. Lots of chatter about this chain some good and some bad depending on individual ships. I visited the one in Venice three times before writing this review and I was not disappointed in the least. Clean, bright atmosphere and top notch fresh food. Try it.

Always fresh and delicious! Today I tried two of their new sides! “bow tie pasta” and “home style potato salad”… both are a 10 out of 10! My favorite sandwich is the #12, bread out plus onions! Been a favorite for years and no matter which city, they never let me down… the one in Venice is new, and I have been enjoying their great food for about a year. Highly recommend!
