After working here for years, I brought a friend last night that’s never had Jimmy John’s before & honestly the experience was embarrassing. The employees were rude, didn’t care to help us, and just not like how it was when i worked there. Now i see where all the bad reviews come from.
Sandwiches great… but if wanting a side for 3$ I would suggest a store you will get 4 times more than the give you… they give you a dollar scoop that cost 3$… other than that good sandwiches
Ordered the $8.99 meal deal and I have to agree with a YouTube video I recently saw that said since the founder sold out to a multi brand company the quality and quantity has declined. The amount of meat on the sandwich is pathetic barely an 1/8” for multiple slices. Asked for extra lettuce and there was barely enough to make it taste right. I’ll be driving a little further down Tamiami Trail and go to Wawa where the sandwich has more that twice the meat and cost...read full review
