We were the only customers there and 3 employees working behind the counter. It took almost 5 minutes to even get looked at, and then we felt like we were inconveniences to them. The food was fine, service was non-existent.

ok..so ..I've tried Jersey Mike's,
Firehouse and now Jimmy Johns
I will say overall great sandwich.
good taste , bread is outstanding.
very fresh overall ingredients. one
negative comment.. NOT ENOUGH
MEAT!! Jersey Mike's wins the battle
overall for that reason.. if you took the
meat and dressing from JM and put it
on JJ bread you would have the best
sandwich. Firehouse is...

When in doubt get a #9. Unique dining experience. Before I could tell them what I wanted on my sandwich they already had all of my favorite ingredients pre-selected. I was in and out in 3 minutes. ??
