Ordered a asiago bagel toasted with vegetable spread. They don't have vegetable spread. Change the order to a cinnamon crunch bagel with butter. The bagel tasted like an everything bagel because it had been cut on a cutting board that had everything bagel debris on it. Not okay. Everything bagels are gross. Cinnamon crunch bagels that taste like everything. Bagels are even grosser.

I ordered a Chicken and Avo BLT and the staff gave me the wrong sandwich. On seeking to rectify this a Staff member was completely ignorant and rude and threw my tray on the table when I tried to re order my food. Absolutely disgraceful every other Panera Bread I’ve been to was great but this one was terrible, if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Panera USED to be clean and have good food. Now it's a mess. It's been declining for a couple of years. Always trash on the floors and counters, never any sugar syrup available (since you have to make your own sweet tea now), they no longer bring your food to the table, the cashiers can never get an order right, and now they're down to one kiosk. They used to have three, one of which was always broken - now they have two and one is always broken. You can no longer get your drink cup and enjoy a drink while you're waiting for your order to be prepared - they hide the cups behind the counter and don't even want to hand it to you until your order is complete. A woman told me today that Panera had to hide the cups because people were stealing. Well, Hell's Bells, if you didn't charge $3.19 for a small cup, maybe there'd be less of that. Or if you brought the food to the tables, like you used to, you could control the cup situation.I used to go here OFTEN, but now it's off my list. I'm tired of being expected to pay for substandard service, product, and environment.

Ate at Venice,FL Panera Mon,12th,2024. Overall place is deplorable. Food and junk on the floor. Tables never cleaned off had to clean food particles before sitting down. Witness others doing the same. Witness behind the cash counter employee cleaning and handling tash containers not using rubber gloves when finished goes back to counter to take orders not washing his hands. Lack of help to run this place. Needs to be shut down for health violations. Upper management needs to be responsible for inexcusable environmental.n

Bought a baguette here, to take with, because I thought this was a " bakery".I told the cashier "I'd like a baguette", he asked "a whole baguette or a piece"??I said a whole one, I took one from the display basket and he rung it up, with the obligatory tip prompt on the card reader.Three seventy five, if I remember correctly.Got it home, took it out of the bag, it does actually have cut lines molded into it, bizzare.Thiswas the worst baguette I've ever encountered, no discernable crust, dense, almost clay-like crumb, blunt ends, ugly.A toddler with an easy-bake oven could probably turn out a similar "baguette".This is industrial bread masquerading as artisan bread.Never again.
The cleanliness is a zero. I have been to multiple Panera breads, and this one is by far the dirtiest. There is food on the bowls And the utensils are dirty. The booths are never cleaned. Such a dirty atmosphere It makes you not even want to enjoy your food.

I ordered to go so I did not see the size of bread bowl and soup. I was shocked when I got home. It was a tiny version of what they used to be. I am done. It really was not enough soup to make a meal. Never again ... restaurants are asking a lot from their customers with more cost and shrinking the size of everything. ..I will not be back .
