I ordered to go so I did not see the size of bread bowl and soup. I was shocked when I got home. It was a tiny version of what they used to be. I am done. It really was not enough soup to make a meal. Never again ... restaurants are asking a lot from their customers with more cost and shrinking the size of everything. ..I will not be back .
Panerai has a very good menu, and service seems to be fast. Unfortunately, the lobby is always dirty in every Panerai I visit. Having carpet doesn't help. It's constantly filty and smells, too, that is hard to clean. Tables and trash are normally unclean, and the place to put empty dishes is full. Maybe having full staffed shifts could help. The restroom is terrible

Ordered a asiago bagel toasted with vegetable spread. They don't have vegetable spread. Change the order to a cinnamon crunch bagel with butter. The bagel tasted like an everything bagel because it had been cut on a cutting board that had everything bagel debris on it. Not okay. Everything bagels are gross. Cinnamon crunch bagels that taste like everything. Bagels are even grosser.
