Michael asked me how I was doing and with a big smile on his face, so friendly! Even asked me if he could get me a drink while I was waiting for my pick up order! Wow! Someone who goes above and beyond for the customer and nice, happy and friendly at the same time. Kudos to this store for employing such an awesome person! If he's not the manager, he absolutely should be!
the dining area is dirty. tables are not wiped down. glass doors are always streaked and dirty. i have never seen an employee in the dining area taking care of tables, debris, etc. the floor is not clean and i just stopped spending money there.
Fast service staff behind the counter were really nice and helpful.
