The staff is very sweet, pleasant, and friendly, but they do need a bit more direction—especially during busy times. For example, today it felt like about 90% of their attention was focused on drive-through orders, while only about 10% was given to customers inside the store. This imbalance led to long wait (approximately 40 min for a cup of coffee) and a poor in-person experience. It’s important that both areas are managed fairly and efficiently so all customers...

Always delicious, staff always friendly. I appreciate that several of them remember regulars. It’s a small thing but it makes my day—especially when they remember my 94 year old father who is with me frequently!
