I often come to this Starbucks for meetings. Most of the time the drink I order is fine, sometimes it tastes like the flavor was left out. My primary difficulty is how loud the music always is, making it hard to have a conversation.

Starbucks did a nice thing by offering free drinks to Amazon drivers, and that was appreciated. The staff was friendly, and the gesture didn’t go unnoticed. That said, their drinks are on the expensive side, so I probably won’t be a regular customer outside of that promotion.

Addi so sweet and so personable and I really appreciate her Customer Service. I did not have my personal cup as I normally do, but I forgot it in a hurry this morning she did not care. I offered to pay the difference and she said not to worry that she is not concerned and I was very grateful for that. It has nothing to do about the $.10 it’s just the fact that the Customer Service was just so agreeable and it’s so nice to have that first thing in the morning. I think everybody at the store are all rock stars and I definitely appreciate each and every one of them especially her for going out of her way to make me feel like I wasn’t an issue or a bother and that goes a long way. You never know what somebody’s going through so the little thing can make you smile. As a former completely understand, I think you have a great day She is a great asset. 💕🤩💯

I can't stand how they close the lobby and don't update the app. What's the purpose to order ahead if I get there and have to be in the drive thru line? I would go elsewhere if I knew I would have to sit in the drive thru line while my sandwich gets cold and my ice melts in my coffee.
Ordered dark roast with 3 cream and 2 Splenda and got black coffee without sweetener. Overpriced, under served. Tim Hortons has the best coffee in America. It's up in the Northeast
