The workers at every single Taco Bell in this area are so rude as an Uber driver I get tired of going in to get an order and getting looked snobby at and treated like I am beneath them. I’m a 58-year-old woman with two of my own businesses and I am tired of the snotty little remarks and attitudes from your customer service representatives. This is still a restaurant and it’s still a local business and someone ordered this food, It’s being paid for your workers are not charity workers. Maybe they are just mad that the delivery drivers make more than they do by the hour

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. I asked for five of each mild and hot sauce — not complicated, right? Somehow they managed to give me ZERO. Not one packet. Then they forgot my drink completely.
But the absolute joke of the night was my Crunchwrap Supreme, which had no meat whatsoever. Just a sad pile of lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. It looked like a middle schooler’s first attempt at making lunch. I have pictures to prove it, and it’s honestly embarrassing for a company this big.
Whoever was working clearly didn’t care at all. This wasn’t a mistake — this was pure laziness. I basically paid full price for air and lettuce.
Taco Bell, do better. This location needs a full reset — new staff, new management, new everything. Until then, save yourself the disappointment and drive right past this disaster.

Food was good, customer service is about normal for Taco Bell’s anymore they just leave you standing there. I was trying to let them know that the guy who just picked up a mobile order came in through the other door and filled his circle k cup with soda. Yes he did it on purpose because he came in the side door first to check on his order. I think you should have a better location for filling drinks since you can’t see people stealing from you.

Could not find how to enter. By the time I figured it out I was already at Tomatios.
I used to go to the south Venice store 2 times a week. I am not driving the extra 20 minutes. Bye-bye Taco Bell it was fun.
I go here for lunch sometimes and I order ahead before I make the drive and Everytime I go it's always a 20-25 minute wait for my food even if I order 20 minutes before I drive all the way over. People are standing on the inside and no one is getting their food on time.
The food isn't bad but the wait times even when it's not that busy is insane. My coworkers say the same thing as well as other reviews on here

Carmen was very rude when I had called about a job. I called 6 times and everytime it was “We will call you back tomorrow” waited 5 or so days and called back, same thing. So i was told the manager will call me back the next day. didnt hear anything. I called and she was VERY unexceptionably rude to a 16 Year old trying to get a job. She couldve had someone call me and tell me she would be busy. But no. Its been a month like this.

I just had the best chicken chalupa, i've ever gotten from a taco bell at this location. They actually fry the chalupa, and it's nice and warm, my only regret is that I didn't order more! It was delicious, and now I'll have to hold the other taco bells accountable 🤣🙏

Why did the others close for bc they were dirty ,makes me sick when I get food and the foods cold I don't eat onion or tamatos and they had added it to my order anyways smh I'm very upset when I have to pay 14$ for a luxury box smh. And all the food has been thrown inside it's just not acceptable

Came for a quick lunch today. Watched the only two employees there process about 10 cars through the drive thru. Never turned to see the line at the counter. Its not their fault. I'm sure they are working their area and doing a great job. Need more staff. Just close the inside. I burned up 1/2 my 30 min lunch break
