Service is generally excellent, even during peak hours, and the staff is helpful, always on time, understanding, and nice. Jerzea was of big help, quick to assist with anything and knowledgeable about all the menu items by memory. She was very kind and made visits great and enjoyable. However, there have been isolated incidents where customers received rude service and food quality was not up to the mark, with one customer even finding pieces of a magic eraser in their smoothie. The location in CC, Tx past Roddfield Rd seems to have had this specific issue.
