As a fast food restaurant, they exceed the expectation I look for. I took my 85+ year old parents for lunch. I handle them well, but the care we received was above and beyond anything we could have expected. I didn't get names, but thank you

Been hoping to see some type of improvement but none. Went in today for a simple order. Chili-cheese fries and a burger. The lady at the counter was very nice and double checked that it was put in right.
As usual with almost EVERY time I go in there...the staff are too busy playing on their phones or gossiping. Order was all wrong. As a DJ for a radio station, it's my task to let my listeners know to avoid this Wendy's at all costs. McDonald's across the street at least gets the orders right.

There was no one behind us when we were told to pull around. We weren't exactly told "where" to pull around. We drove back around to drive through and the kid who opened the window acted like he was dropped on his head. This place needs a manager!

I enter this Wendy’s and o be recieved by 3 employees, all 3 employees on the cell phone . All 3 see me standing waiting to be taken the order and all 3 ignore me waiting for the others . After 5 maybe 7 min of waiting for them to get off there phone today Aug 11 at 7:50pm, I left and by the time I get to the door a gentleman approached and was immediately taken care of . I told the cashier that it was not right of not to take my order and he took someone else’s . Not an apology was given . A straight up indifference was given.

My last visit will be my last visit as this Wendy's location has three strikes. After previous visits concluded with being in the drive through line for 10 minutes only to be told when I finally reached the ordering speaker being advised they are now closed. I gave them another chance. I ordered at the drive through and had a burger omitted from my order. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the food was terrible. Dry burger patties and minimal bacon on a Baconator of all sandwiches. Combined with cold, stale, extremely salty fries. I would not recommend anyone eating here.

Drive-thru experience;
Nastiest food preparation ever. French fries were hard, ice cold…and believe it or not, soggy!!
The Wendy’s single patty burger was cold and mostly uncooked. AVOID this Wendy’s!!

Second time trying to go there for breakfast before work and SECOND time I sat at the drive thru for five minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement. Didn't even say hi I'll be right either you. Nothing. I will never go back to this location.

Have gotten drive thru few times. Food was never hot and fresh. Fries always cold like they have been sitting around for a few hours.
