Let's just say they didn't do their job at all. The employees decided just to hand the food over to my dad and mom, just thinking it was okay to not check the screens. They are untrained at this point.
Food was terrible and staff was extremely rude

Very bad service and look so mean
My boss gets us breakfast every Friday morning. Last Friday (6/13/25) he stopped at this particular Wendy’s and ordered 10 sandwiches. When he got to work we found only 8 in the bag. Not that big of a deal until my coworker bit into his, only to find a foreign hair! The look on his face as a slimy string of hair is pulled between his teeth and the sandwich made me put my sub par sandwich down.
So, let’s recap the story so far. Tim orders 10 sandwiches, and only receives 8, and one of the 8 had a hair in it. Tim calls up this Wendy’s and speaks with the manager, the manager apologizes and promises a comped meal the next time Tim comes in. Should be all fine and dandy after that, right? Right? NOT!
This Friday (6/20/25) Tim goes through the drive through and orders his 10 sandwiches for us, expecting a comped meal. However his morning was thwarted by George, claiming to be a district manager. George stated the comping a meal was ‘not policy’ and closed the drive thru window on Tim. Tim knocked on the window gently, and George the district manager aggressively opens the window and ,with so much venom in his voice it could kill a horse, says ‘what do you need now?’ Tim responds ‘first your customer service sucks, and second I’d like my money back for the two sandwiches that I never received and the third that had the hair in it’
Tim was given the refund and chose to go next door to dunkin for our breakfast this morning, which was much better than last weeks.
So let’s recap- Tim orders 10 sandwiches, received 7 plus on with hair in it and is promised his next meal comped. Tim goes back for his promised meal and is told, quite rudely, that it’s not policy and he’ll get 3 sandwiches comped- which goes directly against what he had been previously told.
Now, I’ve only worked in customer service my whole working life so I may be wrong; but when a manager promises something (even when it goes against policy) the right thing to do is to honor the promise and retrain the manager. I could be wrong, but that’s how it was always done when I had any similar issues.
My boss always gets his 10 employees and my self meals every Friday and when he got to the shop he discovered he was short two sandwiches. We all ate what we had and discovered a stringy substance glide through my teeth as I ate my sandwich. After inspecting my meal I found hair!!!.
So my boss calls back and was told we are sorry we will make things right next Friday with 10 sandwiches on us. Well Things did not turn out right In fact things got worse. The district manager (supposedly named George) was at the window this morning and did not give us the 10 sandwich’s promised and said that it’s not policy and rudely closed the window. After this my boss then knocked on the window and then was rudely spoken to and offered 3 sandwiches that were missing and the one with hair. Highly don’t recommend this location and said district manager’s behavior.
Fast food fast food fast food, drive thru sucks
Went at 11:50pm they close at midnight. They refused and said there closed?
As a fast food restaurant, they exceed the expectation I look for. I took my 85+ year old parents for lunch. I handle them well, but the care we received was above and beyond anything we could have expected. I didn't get names, but thank you

Been hoping to see some type of improvement but none. Went in today for a simple order. Chili-cheese fries and a burger. The lady at the counter was very nice and double checked that it was put in right.
As usual with almost EVERY time I go in there...the staff are too busy playing on their phones or gossiping. Order was all wrong. As a DJ for a radio station, it's my task to let my listeners know to avoid this Wendy's at all costs. McDonald's across the street at least gets the orders right.

Just getting the kids a quick dinner and missing food and all the drinks were wrong. Called the store and they laughed at us and hung up the phone. Avoid this location.

Can’t order a burger combo plain do better wendys
There was no one behind us when we were told to pull around. We weren't exactly told "where" to pull around. We drove back around to drive through and the kid who opened the window acted like he was dropped on his head. This place needs a manager!
