Came to this location at 1140 they close at midnight I work in food service as well and have to serve people for 10 hours to get to this Wendy’s for them to offer me just fries and nuggets, I wanted one of those sweet Dave’s doubles for match madness, and all I got was march sadness. This Wendy’s and it’s team have aids.

I've received wrong oder too many times. I don't know why I bother. I go through the drive thru and speak loud and clear yet I don't get what I ordered. Unfortunately there's always a line behind me and I hate holding people up so I don't check my bag until I get home. Twice I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and got regular ( yes, it matters) and just now I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger only to get a regular small cheeseburger with onion and ketchup, the two things I absolutely hate more than anything, which is why I get a Jr. Bacon because it comes with none of those things. I made the mistake of leaving without ensuring I had a receipt so I can't even do anything about it or leave a formal complaint. I'm done. I'm generally an easy going forgiving person but I just can't handle complete incompetence.

Worst chili I ever had in my 72 years of life not even able to call it chili. It was bean doup with a hint of beef.. blan and not even red kidney beans but mixed beans that were under cooked.. terrible !

Went inside to order. Was medium busy with 6 ppl working. Took about 2 minutes and someone took my order for dine-in. That's when the real fun started. There were 3 orders ahead of me. One couple was contemplating getting their $ back. Orders started piling up as well as the drive-through. Messed-up orders. TV screen showed someone's order as being done, when it was not. At any given time, 1 to 3 workers standing there. Not bored, but bliss on what they were doing. Took 24.... yes, I timed it, 24 minutes from ordering to getting my food. Oh, in a bag to go no less. Fries hot & good; nuggets too. Burger was warm and decent. Place needs to train their workers MUCH better!!

We got the family bucket chili and 50 chicken nuggets ? You can't shake a stick at that. And 50 nuggets not as much as you think. We always put the chilli over rice when we get home. Satisfying meal.

Visit at 7pm on Friday night. They close at midnight. Was told they have no fries. Then also told they don’t have the peppermint frosty because they “cleaned the machine early”. 5 hours early!!!?!??? Thought this was the better Wendy’s in the area. Clearly it isn’t.

I’m a fan of Wendy’s. Staffing seems to be an issue frequently. Stopped at 1pm on a Sunday and the door was locked. I ordered for pickup in the mobile app so I had to get back in the car and drive to the window where I was chastised by a rude employee because I didn’t stop at the speaker. Such an attitude. Fortunately I’m not in this area often so I don’t have to stop at this store again.
