My fiancé and I had a fantastic time on New Year's Eve at American Icon Brewery. Despite the restaurant being slow and quiet, the staff was extremely attentive and respectful, and they even provided free champagne for the ball drop along with a DJ playing music. Although they don't serve food after 10, the drinks were definitely a hit, and we had an overall wonderful evening.

I used to be a big American Icon fan, it's unfortunate you can't pay your staff enough that you had to add an automatic 18% gratuity onto the bill. We normally tip over 20 %, but you assume every server is going to give good service...in my world everyone does not get a trophy! We didn't stick around to find out about the service!
Beer is good but the food and service have taken a major downturn.

Pretzel was cold and pizza was overcooked. Service was great though.

Good pretzel, horrible burger. The 18% service charge added to the bill is unnecessary(party of two). The price of food/quality more than enough reflects any service for it to get to the table. Very hungry couldn’t finish the mutilated excuse for a burger(Cowboy burger) or my wife’s wings. The cheese on burger was cold, bbq tasted like sugar, sugar bacon was limp/undercooked, fried jalapeno breading was like dough, beef was dry and cold, fries cold and soggy, pickle was good. Wings lightly sauced and only flavor was of fried chicken skin. The meat had the weird taste of freezer or microwave. Pretzel was good as usual. Mustard has good horseradish kick. Dipping cheese a let down, so cold in there the sauce started coagulating back to solid before got to the table. Need a jacket to eat. 50 degrees outside, probably 65 inside with the fan on really doesn’t help keep the food warm either.

Nice brewery, good food, nice atmosphere, good service. Decent beer selection. Good amber and a good haze beer. Peanut butter stout was a little watered down for me. Had a unique vanilla spice beer that was pretty good. Trivia was fun as well. Great stop for beer and food if you're in the area. Would go again.

Great beer selection. The nachos are enough to feed a family. Chicken and waffle bites were excellent. Nashville spicy chicken was definitely spicy but excellent.
