Foods terrible. Paid $18 for 1 meal no drink. Tough, fatty, extremely overdone. Tried returning it they were offended and rude no apology. Write your name and address on a scrap of paper and a manager will send you a gift certificate. They dont give your money back in any form besides gc. And they dont even sell gift cards! I dont feel comfortable leaving my address, how would they send me one when they dont have one. So left my #. Never called me back and basically took $18 from me. You can buy a gift certificate to Boston market at publix or Walmart but not at a actual restaurant they mail it to you! Seriously what a joke of a establishment I will never let anyone I know ever send another penny in that place.

No HELLO, how can i help you? Or I will be with you in a moment. NOTHING! The front counter person CODY is a joke! Rude! And very unprofessional. Forgot items and food in the bag and act like it was gonna kill him to put the things in the bag. Told me the slice of pie is over there on counter. Instead of getting it and putting it in the bag. Isn't that what you get paid for? The manager didn't even say hello etc etc etc that's where they get it from. I was picking up an order for a customer but I wouldn't dare eat from there.

Usually great service. The drive through person was a little on the rude side. I paid a lot of money for Prime rib, only to get home and it was a tough end piece that was like shoe leather. I know many people request end cuts. I do not. It was disappointing. You live and learn. Next time I'll prepare my own.

Nice store. Nice staff. Got our Thanksgiving dinner there. Ordered, picked it up the day before and heated it up on Thanksgiving. It was very good.

My pot pie was horrible! Warm not hot, the inside was gelatinous, there were no veggies. I only ate the crust. Gravy for the mashed potatoes looked orange, the chicken skin on my son's meal was burnt. Staff is decent but unprofessional. Sad, this used to be one of my favorite places to go. Just not the same anymore. Not sure if I will be going back.
