The worst experience of my life at this restaurant in Vero Beach. The cashier was so rude. I really don't know what her problem was. From the first moment she served me, she had such a rude attitude. I suppose it was something personal. The only thing I can think of is that she didn't like me for bringing my 4 children. She had the audacity to start talking about me and my family to my face. Of course I reported her to a manager, but I'm so upset that I couldn't even enjoy my food because of that rude person.

Addison at the US1 location is an exceptional leader that also executes the customer service side exceptionally. She's always warm and welcoming, even before 7am, when my daughter, doggy (Bailee) and I usually visit. I have plenty of food choices for breakfast, but most often choose Chic Fil A on US1 because of people like Addison, Hannah and Jorge!

Our vacations are usually centered around a Chick Fil A- due to my son’s eating sensory…he will only eat at Chick Fil A. So we travel to a lot of Chick Fil A’s and this by far is one of the cleanest and ease of getting to by car. The food and sweet tea held up to Evan’s standards, thank you Chick Fil A
I work next door so Im in here alot. They always have great food and Rick is amazing!! Happy to be next to them so I can eat 😋.
