I hate to give bad reviews, but the I had terrible food poisoning from this place. In fact, multiple people I was with got sick from the food. On the other hand, the service was good and the place was clean.

Why stay open till 11pm if you’re gonna be out of everything? Multiple times I’ve come here and you’re basically out of everything. What about the people that get off late? Just frustrating!!! Fix it or just close earlier atp

I don’t get the popularity of Chipotle, it’s basically a noisy cafeteria with inflated prices. There were several people in line but the tables were empty. We ate there but after doing so it was clear why people get it to go. All the surfaces are hard and amplify the sound of the loud workers and blaring music. The chairs are uncomfortable and few of the tables were clean.
I got a carne asada bowl, the meat was tasty but there wasn’t much of it. The rice was high quality and cooked correctly. The roasted veggies were good but it was only onions and yellow peppers. The other ingredients were fine. The bill for a sparse bowl was $13.54. If I had gotten a dollop of guacamole it would have been $16.48. For that amount of money I could have gone to a real restaurant with a decent atmosphere.

We all know Chipotle for its food and this location is no different aside for the lack of customer service which tend to be a bit on the cold side, not very attentive and in a hurry to finish your order so that they can get to the next. Of course, prices are still high for what it is.

When I was in line I saw a tall older gentleman in the back filling pans of rice up. He dropped some rice on the counter. He picked it up with his bare hands and put the rice back in the pan. He left came back and continued putting rice in the SAME pan. I told the young lady at the counter what he did and that pan needed to be thrown away. I was going to call the manager but by the reviews, no one cares there. I will not be going back because they are so nasty in so many ways.

We got there right before dinner rush. There was a family in front of us and it took a few minutes for someone to even come to them. When we got to order all of the meats were very low or out, which is surprising considering dinner rush. There was a long line of people behind us at this point. All of the employees seemed very depressed. Maybe overworked? All of the tables were dirty. The highchairs were filthy with rice and cheese and There were no napkins. We had to get some paper towels from the bathroom. This location definitely needs help. I've eaten there on several occasions in the past few months and everytime I am disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

I might be the jerk but here goes….
This place is ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. The people who work here are super friendly and they do their best but they need at least 2 more employees for people ordering in the store and whoever makes the schedule needs to optimize the the staff you have and schedule breaks better. They are ALWAYS out of something and I can wait 10-20 min for the ingredients meanwhile the necessary ingredient is overflowing in the takeout area.
I was understanding of this or at least tried to be and then tonight….9:15p. Asked for a bowl with brown rice-“we’re out of brown rice” so I said I’ll wait…nope they’re totally out. No more brown rice (unless you’re takeout). Then I get to the register and they ask “would you like anything else?” I said “yes, chips please” and….”chips are only for takeout or delivery customers right now”.
I would learn my lesson and order for takeout on the app or the website but I can’t request extra toppings or anything on mobile delivery apps so that’s out the window.
If you can’t staff a location correctly and you can’t accurately predict the demand of the customers, don’t stay open until 11pm anymore or go delivery or online order only.
Get it together chipotle!
Also, give your staff more support. They’re doing a great job representing your brand and they’re working their asses off. It shouldn’t take the customers an hour to get their bowl made and it shouldn’t require the employees to fill multiple roles at once.
Edit: I’m back again. I’ve been in line for about 25 minutes. There’s at least 5 employees working here and not a single person is standing at the food line and making food for a single customer.
Final edit: 45 min in line. New day. People out the door. Two people chatting in the take out area, one cashier cleaning the counters, one person in the back drinking a redbull and staring at the line and one person making food. 6 people getting paid and all but 2 are standing around

This is the worst managed Chipotle I have ever seen. There is only one person behind the counter preparing food and a line of customers going out the door. Where's the manager?

Food is prepared quickly and professionally. The staff are always working hard whenever I visit, and maintain positive attitudes even when they're swamped.

This place is an absolute disaster whenever I go in. The place is dirty and a mess. They are clearly understaffed. Plus if you order a salad it’s mostly stems of “greens”. Who wants to eat a bowl of stems? I had to pick them out. Additionally, the “queso” is like watery cheddar cheese that’s excessively spicy. The music is terrible and too loud, further adding to your unpleasant experience.

These people provide the worst service possible...always 6 people walking around and one working. Waited 40min and left because it probably would have been another hour wait 🤣
