Placed an online order a couple of weeks ago and by the time we got back home and opened our bowls it was a completely different order than what was on both bowls stickers. I double checked to make sure it was my name and it was. We went back again today and placed another online order pick-up and this time it was correct but, they left the peppers sticker on it and cut it up as shown in picture. It makes you wonder if they even wash their vegetables before cooking and serving.

I’ve had over 1000 burrito bowls at this same restaurant but today I ordered through GrubHub and it was the tiniest burrito bowl at the bottom of the container that I have ever received. I could barely see any fajita vegetables and not much chicken and just a few shreds of cheese. Definitely not worth the $16 they charged me

Whoever has been making my steak quesadillas is putting their whole budussy in them because they are so good. These quesadillas are making me think Chipotle is back! Thank the Universe! The rice has gotten so much better (thank you for seasoning it! Just add some more salt please🧂) and the tomato salsa is always fresh and tasty ♡︎ 🍚🍅

I did a DoorDash order for my food, and as a DoorDasher I know the missing item had NOTHING to do with the driver!!!!! Chipotle missed a $15 item and I had to do another order which is bull!!!!! Literally have to wait another 30-60 mins, pay more for the item THEY missed!!!!

The service counter was filthy, sloppy, messy. There were roaches crawling on the wall and the employee casually said, “Oh, that’s all the time.” Not the chipotle standard. Had nothing wanted: out of cheese, out of guacamole, out of pico de gallo, out of everything but chicken. Very tacky.

Ordered for pickup for my lunch break. Arrived 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time and still had to wait 10 minutes for my meal to be made. Did not get guacamole that I was charged extra for. Did not have the Honey chicken which I was also charged extra for. Disappointing spending more than half of your lunch break waiting on food you ordered 45 minutes ago just to get overcharged for food I didn’t even receive.
terrible customer service. staff lies & says their out of things when they’re not. thru prioritize online orders instead of customers that are standing right in front of them. also, my rice & beans are hard. do better

They are always in such a rush to slop together a bowl that they dont listen to what you are saying. Every single time I go there, the cashier is nice, but they definitely need to overhaul their customer service for sure. Not an angry customer, just an objective observer.

Never made it to the front of the line in the early afternoon. But at the rate we were "moving" it would have been a half hour with 6 in front of us so we walked out! Went to Chik fil A and had our order within 5 minutes. Bye bye Chipotle!
