My first time eating Chipotle and I wasn't impressed. Guy had no customer service skills. Burrito was hard not soft enough to bite into. Steak was dried out and the amount they give isn't worth the price you pay. They ran out of white rice and had another kind of rice that was hard and tasted like they dumped a bunch of lime juice in it. I'll never go back again.

Let me ask you this, if the barbacoa is empty wouldn’t you think to refill it before servings it to the customer? Okay well I guess not because the worker only gave me the scraps of an empty one. And then when she was finished she asked for a new one to be refilled. Why not just refill it and make sure I get a proper sizing. Very unhappy with my order.

I’ve eaten at this chipotle numerous times however, this previous time, it made me sick to my stomach. Going on 3 days of food poisoning or some sort of bug I know I got from here and I will never come back here. Went to the doctor and they said they just had a patient with same symptoms that had this Vero Beach Chipotle. If I could give zero stars, I would. Can’t believe I spent my money on this.

It's the first time that a Chipotle doesn't know what guacamole is. Hellooo!!! She asked me if what I meant was that I wanted avocado and I told her it was the same thing and she said no. ??. He only had a bad attitude towards me but not towards other clients, I got the impression that he didn't like that I spoke in Spanish with my friends. Another girl who was a bit strange also attended to me. In conclusion, the service was not very pleasant and they made us feel racism. I won't go back there for anything in the world.

Wow. That was a miserable experience at that location. They were they rude, but the people building the bowls didn’t seem to know what they were doing.I ended up paying a lot of money for a bowl that they barely put ingredients. The woman at the cashier was very rude also.

Been coming to the Vero Chipotle for years. The last few years it has gone down hill and keeps lowering the standard we are used to from Chipotle. Staff is usually less than friendly, constantly running out of food items or not preparing for surge in patrons. Place is in urgent need of leadership.

The first time I ate her the lady made me the smallest burrito I ever seen at a Chipotle. Today the brown rice was so hard it almost broke my back teeth.
