Drive through takes a while. The drive through is not big truck friendly. Be careful or you’ll scratch up your rims. My whole croissant sandwich was burnt and half of the cheese on my egg and cheese wake up wrap was burnt. Order was correct and people were nice.

Want to ruin your day? Come here. The workers in here are absolutely awful. They always act like you’re bothering the hell out of them, and when THEY get your order wrong, and you tell them, they get pissed off like it’s your fault. This is why Starbucks and 7Brew is better. Always friendly and none of them are stupid and actually do things right. Dunkin hires the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. Gonna just make the 30 minute drive elsewhere and get better service and coffee. Dunkin needs to just be shut down in general. Their coffee is trash anyways. Tastes like dish soap

I absolutely love this Dunkin’! Crystal, the manager, is my favorite — she always goes above and beyond for her customers. The whole staff is amazing and they always know my order by heart, which makes me feel like family when I walk in. Just the other day, my best friend accidentally said the wrong coffee order, and Crystal instantly caught it. She confirmed with him and then made it the usual way we always get it. That’s the kind of attention and care she gives every single time. The whole team here does the most for their customers, and that’s why I’ll keep coming back. 💜

I wish I could give one star! I moved Vero Beach two months ago and every single time I’ve come to this Dunkin’ Donuts either in person or in the drive-through the weight is always at least 30 to 40 minutes and worse than Starbucks! I’m here again now inside because the line of cars in the drive-through was ridiculous, there’s two people working inside, and that one of them has even acknowledged us, let alone taken our order in the last 10 minutes and then we’re gonna leave here. Pathetic and disgraceful.

I just stoped by this Dunkin to get a couple of munchkins and wow the customer service was great and probably the cleanest I’ve seen from Sebastian to Stuart. I’m not really a Dunkin fan I really only like the blueberry munchkins but I’ll definitely be coming back to this Dunkin more often! Thank you for going above and beyond!
