It really annoys me when I put in a mobile order for a bagel and cream cheese, intentionally don't check the box to put the cream cheese on the side, and still have them hand me a bagel without the cream cheese on it. To make matters worse they gave me a fork to spread my cream cheese and neglected to give me a napkin to clean up the mess I made trying to spread cream cheese with a fork on the bagel while I'm in the car. Definitely a first world problem but it irritates me when staff don't follow thier own company written instructions.

Joyleecia very sweet I need to honestly see that she’s trying to run the business by herself. The other associate working with her was on her phone, not even helping her and the fact that there is a line down the side of the building for a drive-through and customers in the business. This is not professional whatsoever and the fact that Me and my partner ordered our food at 12:38 it’s the 1/2 hour and we still have not received our food. And there’s multiple different customers coming in and out of the establishment receiving their food while we are still sitting here I have not received our food. The fact that there’s an associate on the counter right, smacking the counter telling the man in front of her to pay and hurry up and give her the money. It’s very disrespectful. If I was a manager fired immediately, especially being a manager in food and beverage myself, this is not very professional whatsoever. The fact that I asked to speak to a manager, and there’s not even a manager in the building, blows my mind and I asked for the district manager’s number and I understand they’re not allowed to give the district manager’s phone number. But there should always be a manager in the building, especially if something like this is happening. I definitely would like someone to reach back out to me regarding this matter

I wish I would have caught the two people who were working the night I came which was tonight two greatest people I've ever met they were very kind caring got my order quickly and were genuinely very fun to talk to this is the best Dunkin ever

I don’t care to leave reviews, but my experience here was horrible while placing my order I felt rushed and the person speaking was having a blatant disrespectful attitude towards me. Get a new job if you hate it there.

Came in sunday morning at 10:24 never greeted waiting in line with no one ahead of me never was told welcome hold on nothing more like I got ignored while kiki ( co workers called her that) was just gabbing a few donuts while the other two women where making drinks not to busy so im not sure why I was being treated like this. Floor and tables could of been wiped down and swept. Gas station i got better service up the road.

New location right next to Howard Johnsons. Clean and cozy with actual seating. Got there a little late in the morning about 11:30 a.m. and they still had a full selection of donuts and pastries.
Best of all, pumpkin lattes are now available!!!!!! August 20th, 2025

I have been coming to this location since it’s grand opening & even though they were shortstaffed they were always lovely and delivered exceptional customer service. After Jay left, though it has gotten worse as the days have went by and I quit coming for a couple months up until yesterday that is and when I tell you The whole experience was terrible all the way from where you order at the speaker to paying for and receiving your order . It was my son‘s first day of kindergarten yesterday and I told him if he did well he could have any reward of his choice and he chose to get a doughnut so I pull up to the speaker box and the overweight biracial girl with the carmel colored braids said “are you going to order?” With an attitude, So I asked if they had any Boston creams and the girl said no so I asked if they had any chocolate frosted and the girl said no so I asked okay… Can you tell me what you do have? She stated vanilla frosted and donut sticks so my son agreed to a donut stick so then it’s time to pull around to the pick up window. I showed her my QR code so I can get the points. She scanned with an attitude and then I held out my phone again, this time to pay through Apple Pay. She looked at me and said I already scanned your QR code. I explained that it was Apple Pay. When she went to hand me My simple order of just one donut stick she let go of the bag before it was in my hand, and I almost dropped it on the ground.. we won’t be going back to that location ever again for the simple fact that I’m trying to avoid a battery charge
