Honestly the worse Dunkin’ Donuts in the area the manager there is always so rude, coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee, definitely do not recommend. I don’t even like leaving negative reviews but this place deserves it.

I went through the drive through this morning. When I pulled up the speaker was very loud and the Lady asked me to place my order. In the middle of order my first item she asked again and I started over again. After ordering I pulled up to the window and it opened and a lady in a manager shirt told me my total was $7.47. She then proceeds to hand me my drinks. The first is a Sparked energy drink that is bubbling out of the top and down the side of my truck. I had asked her to please stir it to which she refused. I told her that the other Dunkin stirs it for me to which she replied "We're not supposed to, it's supposed to bubble up". I then asked her if I called Dunkin they would tell me that it's right to refuse my request to which she replied, "That's right, why are you giving me a hard time, why are you raising your voice", which was really rich considering she had raised her voice the second that I asked her to stir it. She then proceeded to tell me to "Go somewhere else ". There is no problem with granting her request, I will NEVER go back there. America run from this Dunkin.

On September 19, 2024, I made a purchase at this store. When they handed me the food, I looked for the receipt. I could not find it. I asked for my receipt. The worker said she threw it away. I asked to have another one printed. The worker said she could not do that. She then started pulling receipts out of the garbage and looking for mine. The manager came to the window and wanted me to move to the parking lot. I advised that I would rather wait where I am. The manager seemed upset and voiced a complaint about me wanting a receipt. I told her that dunkin should be putting receipts in the bag, not throwing them away. Eventually, the manager found my receipt and complained. I backed up the line. Terrible service.

Enjoyed a nice cup of cold brew It was made wrong and the nice lady remade it and apologized.
This is a place owned by manipulating snakes. They lie, gossip, and manipulate their employees. They offer no discounts for employees, and treat them lesser. The wife and husband owners will even manipulate their employees to stress more and meet unrealistic expectations. When you try to talk to them they will try to play it cool, but when you turn your back they start preying on whatever you have left until you can no longer work here. I leave this message in hopes you guys find grass greener on the other side where God keeps the snakes out of your life. One love

Every time I go to this Dunkin I’m disappointed. They’ve hired the WORST QUALITY of people to service you there. Rude, unprofessional, terrible customer service. they never make my order correct and when I ask them to please correct it they react rude and nasty snatching items from my hand and rolling their eyes, I’ve never experienced something like this before at a Dunkin. They’re more worried about they’re drive thru timer than being a nice person. The owner was supposed to call me back for a refund and never did after countless , just save yourself the aggravation and go to the Dunkin down the road.

Hot honey bacon sandwich is nasty; don't order it. No one wants the condiments on top of the bun and dripping everywhere but the inside. Mediocre coffee. Can't take a moment to look at the menu because they rush you. This review isn't a negative mark on the employees but one on Dunkin itself.

why are you rushing us to make our order and then when we forget one little thing that will take two seconds to add you wanna say oh we can’t add anything out the window don’t rush me through my order then… The older woman in the drive through today and every time I see her is always in a mood, always rushing you. Today I missed a wrap for my daughter, so I parked instead and went inside to add the wrap and pay and they she was mad I drove off sorry but I’m not getting back in line to make my daughter wait for her food when I can just come inside…. Get real
