The staff are extremely rude at this location and very slow. Always a long drive thru line and then when inside you're left waiting in the line as well. Unfortunately, the staff aren't friendly but the food is fresh.

Very recently they have had a renovation and so far the staff and food has been much better. Zachary is a standout employee. He is excellent at the drive thru, has a positive attitude, and cares to get your order perfect. I would do everything possible to keep him at this location!! Employees make the location in this industry and the new staff has been very good and consistent. I have been reviewing coffee shops for decades and this one is making a turn around. Be sure to hold on to this employee! My kids were even relieved to hear a friendly voice taking our order. Great job Zach! I recommend a visit.

I have checked multiple times over the past month. They do not have the regular coffee k-cups. It's the only thing I want on this side of town. I don't drive and I work overnights. They have the other garbage flavored coffee, but that's trash. I keep having to buy 7-eleven coffee. Like come on folks. You sell coffee for crying out loud.

Would be 5 star, but every morning it takes them forever to get through that line. I have sat there for 10 minutes and the cars. Won't move i have had to leave about 4 times in a week. I'm a regular.Their staff is wonderful.Their food is better than other dunkin' donuts. They've never messed up an order. They need some extra staff in the morning. I'd prefer to stop there over other franchises, so please give them like two more people in the morning..

This is literally the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my life! I’m from Northern New Jersey and New York City, lived in South Carolina for a year, and now Florida. There’s never a line inside or in the drive-through and it’s always spotless! They’re always incredibly fast and there’s no way, I literally just came here from the other one a couple of miles down 60 after. I stood there like an idiot inside for 20 minutes and nobody even waited on me and we were the only people in the place And they had about six cars in the drive-through, that Dunkin’ Donuts by contrast is the worst I’ve ever been to, and this is the best one and they’re a mile apart, it’s crazy night and day, the two guys that work at this one are the best and they’re always friendly

I was recently at the 90 Ave store buying coffee cakes. I noticed the new orange flavor and mentioned to the counter person that I bet they would taste awesome. When I got home she had put one in my order. What a surprise!!! And what customer service!!! I want to thank that woman!!! And btw,the orange donut was wonderful...like a creamsicle

Always a great go to! Coffee is nice and hot and fresh! Omelette bites were nice too! Munchkins are always a great go to and the apple fritters were great as well!
