I will go see my friend in Palm Bay.Today was my last visit. Waited 5 minutes for a moblie order. When we walked in no one was in line. No excuses.
I know you just had your grand opening, but to wait 20 min when there’s only one person in front of you in the drive thru just to give my order at 515pm on a Saturday? Y’all still live up to your name at this location! SLOW!!
You’d think since they were closed for “renovations” they would use that time for proper barista/team training. The wait is even longer. 30+ minutes for an online order. The food comes out before the drinks. And the drinks are never what is ordered (I ordered a medium, got a large. 3 creamers, got 2. 4 pumps of flavor, got 3. No cold foam) and to pay $7 for something that tasted watered down?? And to get attitude for having them correct my drink?
