I sensed something was off on my first bite and then realized the Lox was spoiled. Pretty sure the health department would have issue with this so I’m hoping for a response from corporate asap. I wasn’t provided a receipt. 10/19 @ 11:30

Food, service & atmosphere is great. Using the app, not so much. We were offered to download and use the app while we were at the drive thru window. But taking the receipt and entering it into the app is not possible without jumping thru hoops. Einstein is pushing online ordering. So our first big order wasn’t recognized. And if you pay cash, you’re on your own also. I get it though, don’t pay cash and don’t order at the window. And it looks as if you want to use...
